We saw the Sofa back in June and fell in love with it, however we weren't ready to buy. I was looking on there web site this past month for the color and saw they were having a sale. I contacted the sales person through the text chat they offer and within an hour had purchased the sofa. Great service and overall experience from a trusted company.

There are a lot of quality pieces of furniture and you can't go wrong with whatever you purchase. I have bought many items from here and had one problem which was resolved promptly. I normally have Helena help me out but anyone of the sales people will guide you in the right direction to a fine piece that may become an heirloom.

My parents bought here so I have been familiar with Willis since the 50s . Here is why I go to Willis , they have the knowledge and delivery system that is over the top. I needed a few pieces for my Dinning room , found what I wanted , they secured it but needed a round table . I left that to my sales adviser and a few days was back to me with the perfect match to what I had picked out. Price is always a factor and they were very competitive and give first class service. We bought an outdoor sectional from Willis. It is good quality at a good price. We love it! This store has quality and solid furniture, not the flimsy stuff. The store is bigger than it looks from the outside. John helped us find what we wanted. We looked around other stores and ended up calling him back and ordering over the phone.
