I thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone at this location. When I would come in and pay my bill every month, James would make a point to always checked up on us, how the car was, and I looked forward to chatting and joking with him and April. I felt at home and comfortable. I will always recommend my friends who are looking for a vehicle, to come here. They're so easy to work with and it really does feel like a family when I walk in. I am originally from Baltimore but moved here when they closed down the GM plant there and subsequently the plant here also, I never moved back but stayed here in Delaware. I was recommended to go to Williams by a customer at another dealership in Delaware. I have leased two vehicles from them so far and they have treated me well. I have not had to haggle about price or feel uncomfortable in the process. I have only had a few dealings with the service department but the people that run it are very nice.
I live out of state and I purchased a vehicle from them and the process was incredibly smooth and convenient. By far the best experience buying a car I've ever had. Thank you guys.

The sales group is/was very professional for our whole purchase experience. Very tight though on haggling with the price, but we did get a very nice truck.
Two weeks after the purchase, the A/C compressor seized with a blood curdling screech and the smell of burning rubber (drive belt burning). This was a Saturday afternoon, so we did what we could to keep the vehicle usable for the weekend. We got a service spot on Tuesday. Within two hours, they had replaced the compressor and drive belt, at no charge to us. We were very happy and satisfied with the work they did, and with the speed they got it done. We thought we would have to bring it back, but they took care of it that day. The only improvement I might give is that waiting people should get an update on what is being done, and how long the wait would be. I dropped the truck off at two, went into the waiting room and didn't know anything until the truck was returned to me. Just a quick status update would have been nice.Other than that, a pleasant service .

Levi was a wonderful salesman. He trusted me to take the car for a ride myself (I test drove other dealers and they ride along and pressure you to buy). This let me get the feel for the car without a bunch of questions .. once I was ready Levi and the loan guy moved the process along quickly. Everyone there was very friendly.
The price match guarantee I received on my tires was great. I also received a rebate form for my oil change as well. The staff were courteous and professional. The wait time was a little long. Overall great experience.

Jonathan Wiltbank was great. Got me measurements and extra pictures to confirm truck spec. I flew to PHL, drove to Williams Used Cars in a rental car, and was met at the door with a smile and a handshake. Bill B and Chuck B helped me count my payment in full. They answered all sort of questions that I had from remaining warranty to what to show an officer to prove that I had a legit temporary tag. Then, Jonathan took me out to my new truck and taught me how to use all of the Truck technology. My last daily driver truck was a 1972 K5, so touch screens in the truck is a brand new concept. He set up my XM radio, showed me all the buttons and presets. He even walked me through the MyChevy app. All this after the purchase was complete, and 30 seconds before I took off for Oklahoma City in my new truck. I think we may have even run over normal business hours, but he was determined to ensure I was safely knowledgeable of my vehicle before I took off into the dark on my 1,481 mile first drive in this fine automobile. If I ever move on from this vehicle, I'm definitely going to check Williams Used Cars in Elkton, MD first from Oklahoma City for my next vehicle. Horrible experience...! Went there in the afternoon picked out a truck, I returned in the evening to purchase it and they willingly admitted to excessively OVER-PRICING due to supply and demand. SEVERELY OVERPRICED TRUCKS!!!!! SORRY I'm not paying $23K for a truck with a $14K KBB value...!

I contacted Williams in the morning by phone (9am), asked about a specific "new used" vehicle that I saw online and negotiated the price by phone. Jonathan was very quick getting me in at 2:30 pm and out. I also had check in hand so we could get the transaction done by 4:30, so I could get back to Annapolis by 6:30. The process was smooth, and Scott, his manager, also had me go through the paperwork quickly, and Jonathan got in touch with my insurance company. Someone came to put on a front license plate bracket and new plates were put on, and I was on my way! If you need to buy a car there, I hope you will also have a similarly good experience.

These guys did a really fantastic job. I came in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted and Chris wasted no time in assisting me and my wife. The whole process was clear, concise and professional. Most of all they where accommodating to our situation being that we had a few children with us and they provided seating for all of us. Vehicle was clean from top to bottom upon leaving and my salesman Chris helped me every step of the way with any questions.
