I have dealt with WTM off and on for the last 13 years and there is a good reason that I keep coming back - the service is exceptional. I had a project with a very short turnaround and they were able to meet our needs as if they were their own. I will continue to do business with them in the future and I glowingly recommend them.

Really great agency. They'd been doing my professional stuff for years and I recently moved personal stuff over as well. Their customer service -- and support when I had to make a couple of claims - was outstanding and a big notch over what I was used to at my previous agency.
I was referred to WTM with the promise of excellent customer service and great people. I was given Greg Zagnoev's information, and contacted him with my insurance woes. They were taken head on with much haste, and experience. He knew exactly how to straighten out my situation and navigated me through the process. That was four years ago, and I always send anyone that asks me about insurance to, "Greg, MY insurance guy". They always come back with nothing but kind words to say. Never have my calls and emails been ignored, put off or forgotten about. Any time Greg is unavailable, other staff members have stepped in right away to assist me any way they can. I'd give them 10 stars if it would let me! The amount of money WTM has saved me over the past four years is incredible. If you're hesitant on picking up the phone and calling them, don't, you won't regret it and neither will your wallet.
Greg Zagnoev at Williams Turner & Mathis has been my insurance broker for 5+ years. He has always gone above and beyond for me - from researching my car and homeowner's insurance every year to make sure I am getting the best rate, to always being available to talk on the phone when I have questions. However, Greg really went above and beyond when my condo flooded summer 2016. It was an overwhelming process that resulted in managing my home insurance as well as the HOA insurance since there was structural damage. He called the insurance company to make sure they were moving forward with my claim estimate as well as making sure I was getting paid back for all of the out of pocket expenses involved in rebuilding my home. Most recently, I got married and Greg proactively reached out to combine car insurance with my husband and was able to get our total cost of car insurance for both of us to be the same as what we were both paying as individuals. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to purchase insurance!!

Jenni is unprofessional and purposefully ignored her client. Every quote or documents must be reminded by the client over the phone or multiple times via emails, before she might, just a possibility, that she might responde, even then it would take her 2 weeks to prepare an insurance paperwork.
