We had a very unique and custom job that needed to be completed and Wilco did an amazing job for us. The only complaint I would have to say is that it took 2 months after we cut the p.o. to get completed.

I contacted Wilco Cabinets to have a small project done. I needed 4 cabinets and a drawer replaced when I moved into a new home. I was emailed a response the next day requesting pictures and more information. I provided the gentleman, Joey, with all he requested. I didn't hear back from Joey ever again despite 2 more emails to him over the subsequent 10, yes, 10 days! In those emails I merely said I was hoping to hear back from him soon so we can continue the project but to no avail. Such poor customer service! I can only imagine if I were redoing my entire kitchen I would have heard back because it's probably all about the Benjamins here. It's alright, I've taken my business to a private party in Chilton, WI. We came to this business because of their high reviews and were left utterly shocked at the lack of care for a potential customer. I would much rather have preferred an email stating "we don't do small projects like you've described" if that is the case. I recommend finding someone who actually cares about a prospective client. Thanks anyways Joey.

Wilco is a honest and cutomer focused company. I have used them on many large projects and they have always delivered on time, on budget and above expectations.

I recently purchased a new home and the bathroom was very out dated. I decided that this was going to be my first project to undertake. I chose to have Wilco design my bathroom for me and I was very happy with their work. I ordered several materials for my project through them as well and can't say enough how easy it was with the design process and ordering my materials which arrived very quickly.

Joey is very knowledgable and did an excellant job explain everthing to us. She spent a lot of time with us and made many trip to our house for measurments and to check on the work. She helped us match colors and wood of the cabinets to match our flooring. Kevin and the install team were very professional and did a great job. The quality is fantastic. It was a great experience working with Wilco and their team. I will recommend them to everyone.

Good quality and service. They also made some custom shelves with wood I supplied that turned out good. A bit expensive, but it all looked good in the end. They did some needed rework on some cabinet doors and it was all handled without fuss.

We had a wonderful experience with Wilco! Brandon was very professional and helpful in helping us select the perfect look for our kitchen. Meeting with Wilco and picking out our cabinets was the best experience of our home building process. After meeting with them, Brandon was always available to answer any questions I had and was quick to get back to me by email. He even met with us after hours at the house to make sure we were happy with the install! Very pleased with the whole experience, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Over the years, due both to moving and a serious flood, Mike and the Wilco team have done 3 kitchens, 4 bathrooms and 2 family rooms for us. Their work is perfect. Their sole goal is customer satisfaction. While we hope never to do another move or renovation, and certainly not another flood, we would never use anyone else!

We worked with Lu Ann and could not have been more pleased with her professionalism and our whole experience. Lu Ann worked with us around our schedule, made time for all of our questions, and offered helpful advice based on her experience. She also spent time coordinating with The Granite Company in Green Bay to get the exact counter tops we wanted. She was so patient with us in getting the right look and we are very grateful. The end result is that one of our favorite things about our new house is all the cabinetry, mirrors and hardware in each room and how the selections tie the whole house together. Most importantly, Lu Ann s kind disposition feels like it's a part of the cabinetry and has helped fill the house with warmth. We would recommend Lu Ann and Wilco to anyone.

Working with Brandon and team at Wilco was the best part of our remodel project. From initial design and many many changes to project follow through and completion Wilco was top notch all around. I would 100% recommend Wilco to anybody for a cabinet project.

I have used other competitors in the past and they are no comparison to Wilco Cabinet Makers. Everything gets handled and delivered in a timely manner and the staff is just great.

Definitely not impressed. The workmanship looks good, however the lack of communication and follow up is ridiculous. Completely unacceptable customer service. I needed 1 cabinet door created and was told 4 weeks...never received any communication that it would be longer but I just figured they were busy. 13 weeks after I gave them the original door I CONTACT THEM and am told I am so sorry...and that it would be ready the following TUESDAY, I come to get it on THURSDAY and it's still NOT READY...did I receive a call or anything? NOPE...and then they offer me $10 discount....wow ok excuse after excuse...not impressed.. Really lacked any type of empathy at all...will not do business here again
