When you return a parcel, for whatever reason, the parcel service must adapt its delivery to the limited opening hours of Wijnbeek Sanitair b.v.. When the parcel service is in front of a closed door, the package must be picked up at a collection point. Wijnbeek Sanitair b.v. does not do this. Eventually the package is returned to the sender and then Wijnbeek Sanitair b.v. asks to send it again, so they ask to incur costs again for returning the package again. Again, it remains to be seen whether the parcel service will adapt to the opening hours. Think carefully if you want to place an order with Wijnbeek Sanitair b.v.! I'm never going to do this again!
