No waiting time, you get a quick appointment, good...

Well decorated and neat. But they do not like to help you with the medication! With me everything had to be taken out of the box, so it came back this afternoon. So I said, no, I'll wait. So Mrs got mad at me !!
A star is still too much. I have been waiting for a month before they send my file to my new doctor. Until they have done that I am without medication.
Pharmacy is a mess there. They are not discreet, say aloud (much too loud) what kind of medication you take. They never have anything in stock. Waiting times at the pharmacy are absurdly long: half an hour is little ...
GPs are okay if you get there. The assistant first wants to know in detail why you want an appointment and thinks she can usually solve it by telephone. If you MAY make an appointment. You have to hope that there is a place for you in the crowded agenda.
I have mixed feelings about the Lunetten Health Center. Waiting times can be long. Appointments almost always run late. I can say that there is a serious capacity shortage. File creation often goes well, although the address file has an old-fashioned appearance. I am regularly told that I live at an old address etc.
I can talk to almost anyone and feel like my problems are being taken seriously, but the pharmacy is terrible.
Super long waiting times, employees will not go one step ahead.
So far very satisfied with the GP practice, both GPs where I have been a patient since I moved here, I have experienced as sympathetic, knowledgeable and cooperative. I was less satisfied with the pharmacy on the spot, mainly because of the long waiting times (although that problem can be partly overcome by using a medicine locker!). I eventually looked for an alternative to that.
Professionals at work, sometimes waiting a long time at the pharmacy. But they have tackled that problem nicely with a 24/7 locker system. You can pick up your medication any time of the day or night and you will be notified by SMS that it is ready. Top!
After 2 months still file not forwarded to new doctor, while I really need it. Handy if you have heart problems.
Always have to wait at least an hour at the pharmacy (no joke). Employees are just chatting and are incredibly slow.
Very nice team of people who work there. I have been very supportive in all aspects of help that I received!
Do not go!
I think working people and 8 e are one or two who spend the medications behind the counter.
Waiting is really too long. Waiting 25 minutes is no exception.
It is also already occurred 5x me my medication were not there at the pharmacy.
Prima center, always adequately and quickly helped the most diverse things.
Avoid!!
This is truly the most terrible pharmacy ever. The waiting times are rising. Runs up to an hour. This has been the case for more than a year, so probably won't change. Moreover, it has happened to me twice that a prescription that was sent by my doctor did not arrive at them, although it works in other pharmacies.
The world's bad doctors and pharmacy firstly I have been suffering from health complaints since Feb. then I have had to be so angry that I was finally referred by and had to be operated on immediately while I indicated several times that I no longer feel healthy and that there is she was wrong not listen and write everything down with a flu not to believe so claudia I do not know if you are with your eyes close to the doctor but I would open them one day
Not worth a star yet
i don't find them at all friendly and very unprofessional, shouted at me when i asked if she wanted to check me and my 4 week old son for thrush when they said she didn't want to and i didn't know what happened to me and i demanded that they look at me. In addition, the waiting times are extremely long and do not take you seserie
no interest in patients, blame colleagues for own mistakes
almost no complaint handling and I suspect fake reviews about themselves
the pharmacy sends bills and even sends reminders
to patients who have NOT received any product or service
known as the wrong one for a reason
I am now at Plettenburg and I recommend it to everyone
Don't go there now than the hall to get my medicines from a locker
Dr. Horsman is one of the few who has practiced her profession well ..... Only that Pharmacy is a big mess never seen as a bad Pharmacist if you can give a mark for that pharmacist then I give a big 0
General practitioner is good, so far always on time and friendly
Little doctor with good doctors who do their job immensely well, have never been sent away for some reason and there is always something that the doctors think.
Unfortunately a pharmacy that never has heart medication in its stock. Hardly or no explanation with new medication and long wait.
Slightly long waiting times, but they can't do much about it.
Bedankt!
Unprofessional, unhelpful, incompetent. In that respect, no different than any other general practice in the Netherlands. A very good POH.
Long waiting times to make an appointment. Pharmacy often does not have medicines in stock lately.
Very nice good involved personal doctor. I came there with a question about my mental health and she took ample time for me, asked open questions, showed understanding, felt good and helped me in a way that suited me very well.
I read quite a few negative reviews about the waiting times at the pharmacy. I have no experience with this, but my doctor was really 6 stars!
As for the pharmacy; they can have the medication delivered to your home if necessary, you can use a medicine cabinet so that you can determine when you are going to collect your medication. I have no problems with the pharmacy, I am treated well and my medication is well cared for.
As for the doctor's practice; you are always helped quickly by appointment, but if there is a real need, we will respond immediately. The doctors that I know can listen well and they discuss and explain the purpose of your treatment. They are also open to new ideas or treatments, which is something that you will not find everywhere.
I have also been to the assistants and to those who take blood samples. I was only treated well there, they were very helpful and the results really explained and discussed everything, I was impressed by that.
Furthermore, I am not familiar with other facilities that are also in the building there, so I cannot give an opinion on that.
But my opinion about the doctor's practice and the pharmacy are nothing but positive.
Great team and waiting, on average, people wait 13 years in life. It is a fact.
Why lose a team like this?
They work three times in the round. Everyone gets the medication right?
Respect. Just wait, out of respect alone, for your turn.
Nice team. Always smile.
Greetings.
