Very well organized. Inlet always goes fast and smoothly. Catering is largely available with small snacks and drinks is well supplied for a concert evening. Staff very friendly and accommodating. My mother was helped a lot, as she was struggling to reach rank 2 we were offered another place in the lower ranks. Toilets are well maintained, of course, a few more but well.
Queen concert. Well organized. Always enjoy going there. Despite the crowds, we felt safe.
Well organized event center. Entry controls work quickly and well-ordered. Point deduction for the catering IN the hall: beer, splashes, Coke, Weckerl and not much more. So eat somewhere else before the event.

The newer halls are excellent, the older ones often prefer warm clothes! Cloakroom is a mess as always after the performance, but this is quite normal. It's difficult to find your way around the halls, whoever is there for the first time should plan additional time to find them

Great concert by Pizzera and Jaus, but unfortunately the city hall is not known for the acoustics!
Was a year before with my daughter at a Violetta concert and bought us there flags and other fan articles for a lesser price, a year later, my daughter wanted to take the flag back, but the bag inspection was then only: Do not take them, because of risk of injury !! Just a joke, because many had glow sticks with, do not quite understand the difference!
In the winter there is a heated pool under the hall

As a bus driver a disaster, since no parking spaces available, at least at the last event, the entry and exit was kept by the police.

The charm of the Wiener Stadthalle can only be captured pragmatically. Large and central for events. So far OK. The service of the catering trade has this rough charm of the 70s in plastic cups.

Great hall with fantastic acoustics. It was just a bit difficult to find the place at the beginning. Could you maybe better sign.
