Absolutely Love WCH! As a foster parent this facility is far above all others. Helping children, parents, staff etc, they can do it all with excellence!
Despite the current covid situation they were quite nice.
If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a joke. My kid was bullied here and the staff didn't do anything about it. When I called they didn't care and hung up on me. Would love to press charges against them for neglect.
If I could give 0 stars I would. When I got kicked out they packed my stuff but forgot a lot of items including a phone. And the staff just didn t care about the kids plus putting kids in a group home like this will not prepare them for life outside the system
Great place to work. Facilities are very nice giving kids great opportunities. I'm glad I can come into work knowing I'm helping these kids.
I have been here for some time and the fact that kids cant go outside with out some one with them is dumb if you would ask me this is the worst place I have been
When I went there two years ago (at the age of 15), I hadn't wanted to be there. I forced myself to be closed off and everyone there wanted to help but didn't want to pressure me. After a while I gained confidence and decided I could speak and/or talk to people there. I made friends there, I really did. I miss them and hope I see them again on better conditions. The staff are really nice and respectful, they are also supportive and just all around nice to just hang out with. I'm glad I went there - even for reasons that weren't great - and most off, I'm happy to have met them and made friends with most the other kids that were there for different reasons.
