Perla was quite helpful with setting up our online account at Winnebago Motor Homes. I was having problems with the two-step authentication and she solved the problem in short order and was pleasant and cheerful. She represented the company well.
The WORST. Do not sign up with this lying, sneaky company. They steal your money and never give it back. They write in numbers after you have signed your contract. Even things left blank on your copy are not honored. How is this legal?! We made a terrible mistake going with wholesale! If a wholesale sales person comes to your business send them right back out!
I finally got an agent (JD) on the phone who took his time and help me through the process. He guided me through every step and forward me information I never received and stay on the phone with me until I got the steps completed. He was the only one that took the time to help, he's a positive dedicated agent for this company, and it was a pleasure talking with him. I m not one to complain but this has been one of the worst experiences l I ve ever had to deal with regarding my business. I ve lost thousands of dollars due to their miscommunication on their end. If you re looking for a credit card processing company that will take care of you when you need help with customer service do not sign up with them.
Had an excellent experience with Tyler Foster in Client Services regarding a charge-back issue for our company, Fleet Care LLC. Even though I blindsided him, Tyler was professional and took the steps to determine what was going on. He followed up with me in a timely manner multiple times, keeping me updated and acting as the go between to get my problem resolved. Very impressed with the service I received from Tyler, and this has been true of all my (thankfully very few) interactions with the company thus far. Recommended.
