Terrible customer service and a pompous attitude to follow. Avoid like the plague!

Best hospitality business with a real eat, drink, sleep proposition

Whitehead have got Horizon parking Ltd who apply 85 pound penalities if you enjoy your meal longer than 3 hours.

2 June 2019 review. We had a terrible experience after our visit to Beefeater Dundee. We will never eat there again.
The food was good, but Whitbread group that run the Beefeater have appointed some cowboy carpark attendants (LPS).
Beefeater staff forgot to give us any carpark coupon, and the carpark does not have any appropriate signage. Beefeater staff send us a photo of one sign obscured in a tree.

our complaint has been all the way to the top of Whitbread, Ms Alison Brittain CEO no less.
They refused to provide CCTV or and other evidence requested.



A terrible experience, we will never visit again. The management's attitude including Ms Brittain is complacent and arrogant to customers.

Excellent Customer Service

I made a visit to the Next Store at Handy Cross, High Wycombe on Saturday 13th October 2018 at about 1330hrs.
In my travels around the country I visit Costar Coffee many times from Motorway Services, Rail Stations to High Street Shops and notice the Staff that give good customer service.
I would like to congratulate KAYLA who in my opinion gave excellent service, considerate, caring and always with a smile, she worked at speed efficiently even helping her colleagues with her experience, if she is not the Manager she needs to be given an opportunity.
Well done KAYLA and good luck with your future, you re a Star

This company needs no introduction. The office, though does! Close to three tube stations, close to St. Paul's and other important London landmarks, close to Leather Lane Street Food Market, and a really nice building and area make it ideal for an office. So far, the best I've experienced in my career.

Last visit was a good few weeks ago now or more to Hayes Grapes. It was terrible and the place is filthy! The empty salt pot was covered in something, the menu was sticky and disgusting, the plastic dish they bring the bill on was filthy and table was sticky. Everything felt disgusting!

Waitress as ever always lovely but come on how can she bring out dirty trays!

My order was wrong! Got what I asked to be taken off, food was poor/average and over priced and under sized! Very slow service too.

The place has gone down in standards and needs urgent attention!

Used to go all the time won't go back now! We Will miss our fav waitress Mags!

It was the day the staff were out at xmas party but that's no excuse for cleanliness!
