That place give our families FUN and ENJOY during Summer. That day and month since 2012. We came here with same families. Thank you guys for making us AWESOME plays and the BEST pineapple swirl ice cream.. We definitely come back again
Awesome place, but online it says closes at 8pm on Sundays and it actually closes at 7pm.
Such a fun summer spot! However, they really need to take better pride in their facilities. I don t think they have ever cleaned their restrooms by the kid area like ever. Every time we ve been here it s been like a dumpster. Other than that definitely worth going to!
It wasn t worth the price What we had bought them for. Not only that we find out that we got screw over with our tickets and no one would help fix it. We also had tickets for Sunday @ 11 am and didn t get in until 12:15 . I will never go there again not only that not a lot of the water slides were open. They also told us to take it up with the corporate office. That they would have to do something about it. They said the tickets are like airplanes tickets they go up and down on prices and I don t think that s right. Not for family s that come out of town to do something with their family s. I think they should show the tickets prices so people know when they will get a good deal. I think if prices are going to go on sale they should Advertise it.
Great park and they have Dr. pepper. Could be cleaner. I understand not enforcing the mask but you would think the employees would set an example. She was not the only one to not ware the mask right.
Very disappointed. While it was nice to cool off on a hot day the swimming area's could have been cleaned better (by taking a net and getting all the big trash out). It was decent that it was not overly packed. A few of the lifeguards were absolutely rude when just asking simple questions. Some of the slides weren't open which made it very limited things to do. Definitely will be canceling my membership not worth it.
I loved going here for the very first time! I especially liked the Bermuda Triangle slides the best because of how tall they were and how twisty they are as well. Definitely going back!
Really fun, would DEFINITELY would recommend getting a dining pass on your membership park pass! Food can be really high there. Some lines on slides or ride (depends on where you are) can be long but they are TOTALY worth it. Membership passes are for all parks in the NA!! Kinda pricey but worth the money! You can go ANY day u make a reservation and stay ALL day long!!!
Nice place. They have a nice variety of slides of all types. The lazy river is smaller than other watermarks i've been to and the wave pool ain't much for making waves. Didn't try the food but prices and quality looked about like any park you would visit. I would return again.
We purchased memberships last summer even tho we could only use them a couple of times because of covid regulations. I received and accepted a job offer in Colorado and there are zero parks in this state to use memberships. I requested to cancel our memberships being that we now live 10 hours from the nearest park and was told you must pay the 12-month commitment before you can cancel and many families live out of state and still have memberships . So even tho they re still getting their money each month, we still cannot use the memberships. Here s a little lesson in customer service: First, do not compare customers to other customers. You do not know the details of any persons life thus making any situation incomparable. Second, there are always certain circumstances to give companies an opportunity to rise above. Telling a customer they basically have to waste money at a time where money is hard to come by is always wrong. Shame on you six flags. We will never support any of your parks ever again.
