White Tiger Mixed Martial Arts Review

This is by far the best martial arts school/gym. Our son has been attending for four years now and he absolutely loves WTMA. Master Reggie is amazing instructor, he genuinely cares for his students and their well being, He gives a lot of individual attention and one on one time to the kids, he really wants to see his students improve and be best they can be. The other instructors are also great, they all genuinely care about their students. Your child will not only develop strength, but also confidence, and great character traits. We are not the only ones that believe WTMA is the best, I have met parents of other student who drive over 2 hours to bring their child to WTMA because they know WTMA is best! Thank you Master Reggie and everyone at WTMA , you run an amazing highly professional academy - just wonderful place for children to be best they can be!!

I've know Reggie the owner for over a year now and he is a martial artist in and out of the gym. I highly recommend coming in for a fun , safe and exciting class you won't be disappointed!

The kids earn each belt only through hard work. The benefits have improved to our son s ability to stay focused and disciplined at home and school. Additionally, WTMA maintains a deep sense of family. The instructors care about the students inside and outside the classroom. They encourage parent participation. It feels like a genuine community. I've never gone to a place where I actually look forward to working out! This is a great place to go if you really want to see results, but also have the variety, comfort, and yet know you're going to be pushed to your limit. Everyone is there for the same reason and it incorporates not just fitness, but Mixed Martial Arts as well; It's really a great place if you're just hopping into it for the first time or if your experienced and really want a challenge. Master Reggie, Rita, Ed, and Matt are absolutely fantastic and are really there to assist you in reaching your goals and beyond. I highly recommend!

My family has been at White Tigers for more then 13 years. It is hands down one of the best places a child or adult can go to learn martial arts. Master Trinidad and the other Instructors are on point. They know how to take the hardest of techniques and break them down, all while giving you an exhausting, sweat filled workout. They offer so much diversity in their classes from traditional arts such as TKD, Muay Thai Kick Boxing, and BJJ, to more modern arts such as MMA and Combat Fitness. They even offer Doce Pares, which is a very cool stick and knife art. With so much to offer, it is an awesome place to train and would recommend it to anybody.

My son joined White Tiger almost a year ago, and has enjoyed all aspects of the training. The instructors are caring and helpful. I would highly recommend them as they focus on all aspects of development, and not just the physical.

Joined the 6-week Fitness Challenge and am beyond happy to say I've never been closer to my goal weight. The staff at White Tiger MA is friendly, encouraging and super supportive. I would (and have) recommend this place to any/everyone. If your goal is to get healthier, look better and (for me, more importantly) FEEL better, look no further than White Tiger MA. Great family orientated school where you can work out comfortably with the certified instructors who are masters in various martial art forms. Whether it's to learn martial arts or to just get toned and fit, I would highly recommend White Tigers!!

I have had the honor to train at White Tiger Martial Arts for the past 6 years. There is no other school that makes you feel more at home. There are not words to describe how rewarding of an experience it has been learning from Master Reggie and Master Ed. To get an understanding of what I am talking about, you will just have to come in and take a class. It is the place to be to learn how to control your body and mind while getting one of the best workouts of your life. This is the best martial arts school you could attend in New Jersey. Not only are you taught by some of the best instructors, but there is a number of arts that are taught at the school. The instructors work very well with children and adults and when a student needs help they're right there to assist them. Personally because of training here I have found my passion and my best friends.

My 11 and 13 year old boys journey at Taekwondo has been an awesome journey. They have further developed and learned many life skills such as self control, self confidence, respect for self/others, perseverance, self defense and physical fitness. The program is very motivating for children as they are always working towards the next belt rank. At each level there is new curriculum which keeps the learning environment fresh and exciting. Master Reggie does a fantastic job of balancing their fun/firm teaching style. The kids form friendships and they always looking forward to seeing each other in class. It has been a wonderful 4 year experience at White Tiger Martial Arts. I highly recommend this program for your child.

The Martial art white tiger is the greatest we're like a family & my son love what he's doing a lot & he's doing great but the most important thing in this great School they will work on the kids behavior and discipline this is what I like the most thanks for Master Reggie & all the assistance assistance keep up you all the greatest work.

I've been attending the academy for nearly three years for mixed martial arts and Brazilian jui jitsu classes. I also have both my sons taking classes as well. I can't say enough good things about the academy. The instructors and staff are all great- they make everyone feel like family. It's simply a great martial arts academy for both adults and children.

I have 3 children training at White Tiger Martial Arts and love everything about the school and all the instructors. We have been part of the academy for 6 years now and are so pleased to know that we made the right decision in choosing White Tiger when shopping around for an academy that provides individualized instruction and the principles we wanted to help instill in our children. Master Reggie is the kind of instructor that you want your child learning from and looking up to. Knowing each student is different, Master Reggie and the other instructors teach at the pace and style that works best for that child. We came to WTMA in search of an activity to help our son build esteem, confidence, respect, discipline and active listening. Honestly, this is the best thing we have ever invested in for our son. He has been attending classes for over 6 years now. Master Reggie, Master Ed and the whole crew do a really good job teaching the kids not only martial arts skills, but real life values. We moved three years ago and White Tigers became a bit far away from us, but we have never considered changing the school, since our son feels at WTMA like at home. We highly recommend WTMA!

My entire family has been training at WTMA for over 3 years and we couldn't be happier! When looking for a martial arts school for our sons, we had certain expectations. We wanted a school that shared the beliefs that we instilled in our sons at home- in order to do better and be better, you have to work hard, even when it's tough; to believe in yourself; and to never give up! One of our sons has Asperger's Syndrome and ADHD, so finding a school with the right balance of discipline and patience was extremely important for my husband and I. We also didn't want the boys in a school that was a "belt factory"- a school where you pay your money and you get belts every few months no matter what. Well let me just say that WTMA has FAR EXCEEDED our expectations! Master Trinidad, his instructors, and his entire staff have an infectious love for martial arts and the ability to take the most difficult concepts and break them down clearly and simply. And when you earn your stripes and belts, you truly EARN them! Master Trinidad's high expectations are so motivating! So much so, that my husband and I decided to join our sons and train there ourselves! We have both trained in their combat fitness classes which are challenging, fun, and guarantee you a great workout. I have been training in the adult TKD classes for almost 1 1/2 years and I continue to learn how do protect and defend myself, how to get stronger, and how its never too late to begin a journey in martial arts. My teachers are so knowledgeable and patient and the adults I train with are supportive and encouraging.

WTMA is so much more than a martial arts school...it's a family. Master Trinidad plans many events for the families to participate in outside of the weekly classes where we get to spend time together enjoying different activities. We are there 5 days a week, so it's become our home away from home. I guarantee you will not find a more well-rounded, professional martial arts school better than White Tiger Marital Arts.

Best decision I've ever made was to join the 6 week get fit challenge. Its worth the money and time. The Staff is amazing and pushes you to do better. The classes are FUN and challenging all at the same time.

I can't say enough good things about White Tiger Martial Arts, Master Reggie and his team of instructors. We have been students for the past several years and have enjoyed every minute of our training. We wouldn't dream of training anywhere else!

My son has been training at White Tiger Martial Arts for six years. We would have never stayed there this long unless White Tiger Martial Arts was nothing other than exceptional. The quality of the instructors is such that they can work with the youngest kids all the way through adults with the appropriate type of interaction, clearly able to teach them to be the best martial artists they can be. This does not only mean the physical attributes of being a martial artist but also the mental attributes as well. The kids love it there and I see a majority of them staying to get their black belt and beyond. That's a testament to the quality of White Tiger Martial Arts. They also have great programs for adults which I have used as well. You get the same quality as an adult that the children do. As you can tell I would highly recommend them.

Best school for Martial Arts. Not only it helped me to get in shape and learn self defense but I also seen the positive changes in my daughter life. My daughter loves the classes and the staff. I highly recommend it.

This is the best school in the Wayne Township area. I have been training there for 7+ years and I am so fortunate to begin my Martial arts journey there. The school is full of friendly faces and knowledgeable instructors. Saying White Tiger is just a martial school is dismissing the fact it is also a family and community. The school has a multitude of programs for kids and adults. Tae Kwon do, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Doce Pares, Hyper Program, Combat Hapkido, Adult Fitness, and Mixed Martial Arts. I recommend anyone looking for something in martial arts that they are missing in their life or any curiosity to begin theor journey at White Tiger Martial Arts.

My son Nicholas has been going to White Tiger Martial Arts for over 3 years now. Since the beginning, Nicholas was a little on the shy side. BTW he started at the age of 7. Since going to this academy I have watched his confidence grow and his self-discipline. He has learned a great deal of self-respect to others as well as having empathy for others. My son has been attending WTMA for 3 years and I can say with absolute certainty that Master Reggie and his team are the best.

We began with WTMA with a 6 week special and we were blown away... so we decided to join full time. We liked that Master Reggie not only facilitates classes but he also delegates these duties to the younger members of WTMA. This instills in them a sense of responsibility, leadership, and giving back. We are looking forward to our children doing the same. All of the instructors from the highest rank to the lowest know our children by name. WTMA also assigns homework (for ages 5 and up) so that they are constantly practicing and putting into play their skills. WTMA not only teaches an art form, but discipline and respect for one another. WTMA has helped both of our children in developing their self esteem and a great sense of belonging. It has helped our daughter with her balance and focus, and our son with discipline. We are 100% pleased with WTMA.

By far White Tiger Martial Arts is the best place. The whole entire instructors and staff are the best. They treat you like family. My daughter loves it there. Currently in week 6 of the 6 week Get Fit Challenge and I love it. The instructors are wonderful and the classes are high energy, intense, and informative. This can be for beginners or more advanced athletes. I m signing up for the next 6 weeks. Highly recommend!!

My 10 years old boy journey at White Tiger began a year ago , he learned many skills especially self defense . classes so fun , staff so friendly . high recommend .

Good balance of discipline of traditional martial arts with modern MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) with Muay Thai/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Doce Pares (sticks). My girls are not only getting the training in Tae Kwon Do and how to protect themselves. But they are also developing good leadership and time management skills, with some self-control. Their grades and behavior at home also improved. All that and they are still making friends, having fun and participating in events to help the local community. Seeing kids and adults come in from total beginners, to some from other schools and others just an interest in staying shape or learn how to better handle bad situations as well as learning the different arts the school offers. Great instruction and environment, glad my girls are part of this family away from home.

White Tiger Martial Arts is by far one of the best schools around. The staff is like family always there when you need them. The Programs that are offered at the school are great for all ages, and a great atmosphere I wouldn t train anywhere else . Master Trinidad and all the other instructors are great and very understanding and they work hard with all the there students to reach there full potential it what ever program the enroll in. I have been training at White Tiger Martial Arts for three years and I can say it is like my second home. I love to go there every week. My boyfriend is a 4th Dan Master in tae kwon do, and he's currently training in Brazilian jiu jitsu and muy thai at this school. He absolutely loves it! The staff, instructors and masters are amazing!!! He constantly raves about his experience there. It must be great if a fellow master loves it!!!
