White River Angler Review

This place has a great selection of merch, nice fly shop and the discount clothes rack are worth a look. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the pandemic has shut down parts of the store but of course that's nothing to do with Bass Pro, it was just disappointing.

Quick in and out, great products and employees very helpful

They have everything you could ever need for the outdoors, and great gear for the upcoming fishing season. Love the staff here, cause they know their stuff!

Love this place. Even to be just walk around and look at the fish it's a great place. Our daughter loves Santa pictures that was a blast

This store is legendary. So much to choose. Awesome selection of fishing gear. It seemed a bit expensive on some items. The employees were very friendly.

We usually come once every 6-8 weeks, the kid's love to play in the arcade area. Have noticed here lately the some of the equipment isn't working and or needing repairs.

Has lots of things country folks like. Nature oriented, and not always over priced. Black Friday has allot of really good deals every year.

First time I've been into a Bass Pro Shop and very glad it was, it was an amazing place.

It's bass pro so it's great! The service is kind of terrible though.

Cleanest and best merchandised store in the area. Honestly, the only store in southern Indiana that doesn't feel like a rummage sale.

Great store with a huge selection, be sure and check out the river going through it as there are some monster fish in it!

I was pleased with this store. It had a lot to look at. It seemed to have many sales going on as well. I was surprised that it had so much, it definitely not just a fishing supply store.

Stopped in for a quick nephew gift. My kids love to come here just to see the fish, as if it were a mini-zoo. Everyone usually leaves pleased - except our wallets.

Excellent place, there are even boats and motorcycles.

Very good SALES I find good items every time I go. This trip I got 2 pajama & robe sets for $20. ea. For my grandkids. We actually went to buy my husband another pair of "Waterproof" shoes. He works out doors & loves them. They have many styles & great price range.

Returned some wool socks that had a lifetime warranty. No issues. Great socks. Also looked at hand guns. Sales person was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

This place is very crowded all the time and the store is very confusing.

Was buying .308 ammo and picked up a handgun they had sitting out on display. I'm 18 and I completely understand that I probably should not have touched it. I only picked it up to show my girlfriend what I'm looking at getting for concealed carry when I am 21. I had the handgun in my hand for LESS THAN 5 SECONDS TOTAL and as I was about to put it back an employee VERY RUDELY asked if I was 21 and I said "no I'm sorry" and put it back. He didn't say another word after that he just stood there smuggly and watched me like a hawk. I put the .308 rounds I was going to buy back and proceeded to walk out. I will not be back. Every other employee was very nice except for him.

Pet friendly! Place is huge. Could walk around here for hours - oh wait we did!!

I have been a customer of Bass Pro Shops since 1975. I have purchased Bass Tracker and Nitro boats exclusively but the service I received from the boat service area was not good at all. They had the boat for nearly a month, the quality of the work performed was not good . No pride in workmanship. The screws that were used originally for the repair were stripped and some were missing. I had to ask for them to be replaced. There was Grease smeared and coffee spilled on the carpet. The deck was put back on pushed up on one side. I had to ask for them to put the deck back the way it was. I had a $2,100 trolling motor put on the boat, and being that the trolling motor was bigger than the original the boat cover was going to need to be altered. I paid $325 to have a $450 boat cover altered and then the straps we're not put back the way they were on the cover in fact, they were left off altogether. So the boat cover could not be pulled snug over the boat anymore. I went ahead and took it because the boat was over there for a month. I would think twice before having any more work done on my boat there. Bass Pro Shops need to consider the image that that service department is portraying . Total spent on that experience was $3300.00 I almost forgot I was charged 157.00 for a new Battery and it was never put in!!! Just a empty slot filled with water.

Looking for a three hook crawler harness don't make them anymore also bought a thermacell holster that you can't turn on while you're carrying it on your hip so it's going back sure not batting a thousand today not even a hundred

This store is massive. It's got waterfalls and living fish inside the store. They have great clothing and the best outdoor brands. Great place to shop for outdoor clothing. They even hold classes to teach people how to fish, clean guns and safety courses too.

Watch for sales. Their own brand is of good quality and prices. No 'virtue' signaling. Gun and ammo selection good

It is a totally unique experience. From the childrens clothing to the camping supplies, it is a fun place to browse.

Make a trip over a couple times a year about 100 miles, always spend 3 to 4 hours. Great a store and staff! Made a trip to springfield Mo to main store last year for first time,WOW!
