Only thing that good is there 1 gig of internet data and role over data each month. Other than that there prices are high. Even with a contract. Paying over $100 a month for it and that on a contract. Wish I can get the same thing some where else . But I'm stuck because no one offers that much data and role over in there plans

The service was often mediocre, even when using their highest tier of internet. The price is higher than other available service in the area. The customer service was never friendly or helpful. Their website is useless. Their billing never makes sense and they are never able to explain it. The only reason they have any customers at all is because there aren t many options in this area.
Internet keeps shutting down always having issues not reliable going to start looking for other internet provider my phone provides better internet using my data then my internet provider
Their internet service is spotty at best. I have been battling with them over a month and three service calls still having issues with internet speed and phone service.
Terrible service all round. From the service to the customer care. Total garbage. Like another review said the bill never makes any sense. How can you be late when you pay a month in advance?
I agree with the other reviews, I would leave a zero star if I could. I have had service with many cable/internet companies in the past and White County Cable is by far the worst one I have ever had to deal with. Waiting for service and repair takes forever, and the worst is customer service. The local branch acts as if they can t even access the Internet to see the problem I have been dealing with their customer service for the past 3 months and tell me to call their 1-800 number. They charged me the wrong package price. $79.95 instead of the promotional price of $39.95. I have been charged the higher price the past 3 months. Each time I called, it was promised that the price has been corrected, but told me that they can t correct the current bill and told me to pay that. Well, I ve been doing this 3 times in a row. Also, they don t have a reference number for any phone calls. It seems like they don t even make notes on their customer accounts. Each time I called, I had to explain explain everything all over. If there s another option in your area, please avoid White County Cable for your own good
I called them 4 days im a row .My shortest wait time was 45 minutes then I would get disconnected. 4TIMES THAT HAPPENED . Im very upset . Apparently they dont want the business. I would not recommend and I promise my friends won't eather. Bad service. Bad bad bad!
