Don't bother applying at the home office on Goodale St. I live within a 5 minute walking distance to that location, applied for an open corporate position only to be told by their third party hiring agency that said, "your education and experience meets the requirements for the job, however, you do not meet the 'cultural appropriation' for the job assignment," all that without even an interview. A good example of why people are dropping out of the job market all together. I brought this encounter up to my lawyers attention.

I visited the White Castle in Wentzville, MO and received old sliders. The meat in the sliders was dark brown and semi hard. I called the location several times and kept getting their voicemail. I left several messages and no one returned my call. I drive to the location to return the cheese sliders and was refused a refund. The manager there would not talk to me but told the employee to tell me they could only exchange them for new cheese sliders. I called corporate several times and filed a complaint and after being told each time someone would contact me, No one ever did.

I visited white castles Alum Creek location Columbus Ohio on two separate occasions it was dirty the cashier took money from a customer then went and prepared food with no gloves on she skipped people in waiting to wait on someone that walked in. she never welcomed anyone and of the four women that were in there working no one had a smile on their face this is a horrible location .

The Columbus community is made better by having White Castle headquartered here. White Castle is a great supporter of so many things that make Central Ohio a great place to live, work, do business, and raise a family.

I have eaten White Castle for over 55 years.The last 2 years , I have noticed that the buns are too dry. The dry buns make the hamburger inedible.Just Horrible!
Plus, the pricing 6 burgers, frys and soda over $9 and I am still hungry.

I moved to Florida in 2003 from NJ. I do believe it's about time now to have a White Castle in St Augustine, FL. I know we have the frozen in Walmart. Seriously, there no substitute for driving myself to a white Castle and relive the memories of walking passed the windows watching those burgers being prepared..while moving along with the line till I can place my order. Then sitting down with my 5 burgers and fries and onion rings because I could never decide which I wanted because they were both so delicious. I can go on and on with the many visits. So I think there should be a White Castle in the oldest city in the country, St Augustine, FL . There are so many people from the north east and midwest that transplanted here. Also the millions of snow birds that are here during the cooler climate. I tried to message your corporate office to write this with no luck so I figured here would be the next place to contact White Castle.so like I said earlier it is time to have a White Castle in St Augustine Florida because you are truly truly missed. I have contacted White Castle twice about the fact that the frozen sliders that I purchased have a warning label on them stating that they contain cancer-causing chemicals. Both times they have sent me coupons to purchase more of their cancer-causing food products despite the fact that I have requested a full refund. I have contacted them a third time today. If I do not get a full refund soon, I will be disputing the charge with my bank and reporting White Castle to the Better Business Bureau.
