My items was supposed to be here on Jan 10th, it's now the 17th and still at the same location. I was very disappointed when I contacted the company when they stating what I already knew, it's still at the same location since the 6th and they will put a claim in. In the mean time, resolution would be to either wait another week before they even start replacing, or pay them for another order and they'll refund me if, i wait, or when they don't find my original order. l replied that it was unacceptable. They replied that they are sorry I feel that is unacceptable???
