Surprised my friend with a $1000 deposit charge! Abusive customer service. I love this "response" from Whiski Jack that confirms we were overcharged while also making no remedy to return this hefty deposit.
Our stay at the snowbird under whiski jack was very enjoyable. Everything we needed for our two night stay was in the unit, and if we had any questions the front desk was very helpful. The location was a little too far from the village to get to on foot, however only 5 minutes via vehicle. The hot tub was easily accessible and a great amenity to have. I would stay here again in the future.
Nice and relaxing time. Rooms and facilities are clean but the finishing trades work seem to be rushed. Underground parking is very tight. I will visit again.
Whiski Jack rentals is our go-to for booking Whistler vacations. The NorthStar location is perfect for us as a family with young kids between the pool, central location, and great playground near Olympic Plaza. Highly recommend!!! Safe choice.

Avoid! Beyond terrible customer service, not upfront with fees. Overcharged and did not refund. Impossible to get ahold of.

Great costumer service! Very friendly and helpful. About the location is a bit far, but the rooms are great with a lot of space. It is beautiful the view of going outside a cabin and see snow, trees and birds. It's great.
I hardly ever give less than a 4-star rating but this place is substandard for an RCI resort. Staff not that friendly accommodations not as advertised pictures look much better than actual condo. Units are clean but run down no laundry facility in building small pay facility is available no amenities like pool or hot tub available. Avoid this property.

This is the best resort in Whistler! The units are always clean, check in is easy and quick, and the hot tub is a great added feature.
