Whiskey Hollow is me & my family's favorite hangout! Les Beasley is an absolute sweetheart & Josh is the best bartender in the world! We LOVE it! Use their website to book a tour on Saturdays before 4pm! You won't regret it!

Excellent craft distillery off the side of I-35. They are proud of their Texas Gold whiskey and take pleasure in sharing their creation. They also have numerous flavors of moonshine to sample. Great, friendly staff

Very friendly laid back distillery and sampling bar. Family owned and operated. Well worth a stop. I pick up spirits there everytime I'm in the area. One of the best bourbons I've ever had.

The customer area is very tight and not laid out the best which was frustrating and also charming some how. Also, note that when busy there is no bar or table service, you need to order at the POS by the door (not clear as new customer)

They are open for take out! Wonderfully delicious. The Purple Jesus reminds me of the Welchs grape juice we drank as children. The Gold Label bourbon of Whiskey Hollow has been chosen by the Gaylord Texan Executive Chefs as their best Texan made bourbon. Because of Covid protocols they cannot currently do tastings. But you can order a drink and enjoy it at a picnic table accross the street in the city square.

Another hidden jem in Valley View. All kinds of things to try: several whiskeys, moonshine and cocktails. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Ample free parking across the street. Really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be returning.

We had a terrible experience. No one greeted us and on of the guest had to go get someone. He can and told us we could have samples of any of the options and then left again. Then another guy came and was friendly but just then the other guy came back and asked us what we wanted. He seemed irritated waiting for us to decide. Once we did he left again and we decided that we were not welcome and wanted to leave however he never came back so we could pay. When he did, he never thanked us or offered us anything. Would not go back

This was a fun little stop on our way back from WinStar they make their liquor on the premises I had a flight of moonshines that was really tasty, it's in a cute little town that's right off the highway I advise you to stop if you're in the area

Fantastic little place. Definitely worth the stop. They have a really good selection and of course there's moonshine . The owner told us they are open a distillery in Munster Tx and will be distributing. Fun place. Great atmosphere

Lovely distillery in Valley View. The tastings were great and a fab price- four tastings for $5. Their high end bourbon was fabulous, though quite overpriced a bottle in my opinion. This made for a really great stop on our road trip. Go here for a fabulous taste of North Texas!

Great staff, this is a little golden nugget hidden right off I-35 in Valley View, Texas. Samples of their brews and some excellent mixed drinks. Try the Double Thumper White Rum...I took a bottle home!

Popped in on the off chance after seeing their billboard on the I35. Always nice to taste a whisky in its distillery, served by the person who made it. And what a great whisky it is! Had a nice chat with the guy who was on duty (sorry, didn't get his name) who was very informative about how the whisky is made and what makes it different. Highly recommended.

Had the best time with friends. Excellent & informative staff, great service. Whiskey flights, mudslides, pineapple coconut rum drinks & more. It's a small place, but lots of fun. Food would have made it perfect in my opinion. Will be back.

Small bar, but the flights of moonshine were great and inexpensive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even picked up some amazing bourbon aged maple syrup. Plan on going back with some friends again!

This place is an absolute gem. This is the actual distillery. You can taste the products and learn about why they taste the way they do. It is well worth the trip to visit. Personally our favorite is the Apple moonshine and the 151 proof moonshine. Enjoy..
