You would think if a company wants the trailer sparkling clean for a bunch of washers and dryers. That they would provide a place where you can sweep the trailer out, not kick the driver off property. It seems these companies forget that drivers are also potential customers.

Seriously disappointed in whirlpool customer service. My grandparents bought a brand-new refrigerator less than 4 months ago and it has proven to be the lemon of the bunch it hasn't worked properly since the day it arrived. Dozens of service calls. With zero results. We've even paid an outside contractor to come evaluate the fridge and they can't get whirlpool to help. It's under warranty and needs to be fixed. It really needs to be replaced.
It would be nice if whirlpool would follow through with customers to ensure their satisfaction with your products.
Why is it the larger the company the more screwed up they are. Came to pick up a load so dropped an empty. The empty wasnt clean enough so had to sweep it out. But they dont allow sweeping out on premises. There's no dumpster, nothing. So had to find a place to park to sweep a handful of dust. Were also two brand new load bars left by the previous driver. Whirlpool didnt want them and didnt want them disposed of on site. No way to secure them on my bobtail so had to dump them at a Wendys with truck parking. Hopefully some one takes them.
Its just hard to comprehend that a massive company like Whirlpool cant make a place to sweep out a trailer. This wasted an hour and a half for a handful of dirt.
My wife has been employed since 1986 in Clyde Ohio. Gotta give her rubdowns after 33 grueling years at Whirlpool and delivering 10 kids. She's amazing. But without the pay and benefits, we'd be less blessed. Just ordered a new S.S. fridge tonight, WRT541SZDZ. As long as they go with quality and not quantity we do where I work at the Chef's Garden, they'll live. I'm proud of Karen and I'm proud of Whirlpool.
It's like any job. There are good points and bad points. It's a place that is always changing and always evolving. I can certainly say that if it wasn't for Whirlpool my life would be vastly different. They have provided my family with our way of life through their employment.
We paid a great deal of money to purchase all brand new Whirlpool appliances 2 months after the warranty expired which was only for one year our ice maker broke which is amazing because it's only me and my wife and we are close to 7 years old each so we hardly use it instead of helping us or honoring something for us Whirlpool sent out somebody to repair it and they charged us $310 we strongly recommend that you do not purchase any Whirlpool appliances whatsoever.
That old man security guard lives for the rules of his job. I swear, he was pissed when he couldn't reject my trailer or kick me off the property because I hadn't moved my tandems back before I got to the guard shack. He lives to try and waste drivers time. I hate coming here because of him.

This place sucks to load & unload......wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait,wait, wait & wait cuz " it's to hot & we gotta take our Union break" so it's not gonna be till 5:30 & wait some more!!!!!!!!
Took actually 20 mins for me to get unloaded. I guess every department is different, I was in manufacturing.
Their security really needs an attitude adjustment.... As any american knows these big companies are out of control
Have your trailer clean and a smile on your face and your numbers ready and you will be fine
Very poor management. An the people r terrible. The job was awesome tho. It would b a great place 2 work. If they got rid off a few people there.
