A Whippet Universal bus in Cambridge sitting at a stop did not allow passengers on at the posted *arrival* time and instead left the stop just as the clock turned to the arrival time. Whippet management was defensive and said they're fine with this and nothing can be done. This is a concerning, decidedly anti-customer attitude. Most disappointing. Don't rely on Whippet and their bus system.
Getting better once again after the "Tower Transit years". Keep up the good work guys.
