If someone told me 2 years ago I would purchase 3 machines in my first year, all Cat none the less, I would have laughed. My salesman, Ryan Stevenson, I met that first day 'kicking tires' is the reason I continue to use Wheeler and Cat. From day one I could tell he had my back. Time and time again Ryan has greatly exceeded what anyone can reasonably expect from a salesman as he has extensively answered my questions and helped me navigate job site solutions, well past normal business hours in many instances.

Ryan never had to sell me on equipment, never had to put down another brand. He simply was genuine and honest, and to this day makes my small business a priority every time I need something. If you're lucky enough to have Ryan as your sales rep you'll be in the best hands out there.

I spoke with Ryan in sales and he was able to give me all the information I needed, and answered all of my questions over the phone. Very polite and professional.

Every time I go here to pick up a piece of equipment they leave me hanging out in the lot for like 2 hours. All the workers act like they've got better things to do than help their customers. Komatsu and Honnen are alot better to deal with.

Really great people to deal with, especially if you are delivering equipment.

They are a Trail king dealer. Tried to order parts six days ago and still nothing. Pointless call. When I looked up online I spoke to Vernal location for some reason. I had much better communication with that location than the others I was near.

Trevor Shuman was great. Very competitive! Also, he has great follow up and doesn't abandon you when you run into a problem.

Huge yard, and still know what customer service is
