I had day surgery at Ascension in Franklin today. From the welcome at the reception desk to the wheelchair ride out, it was a perfect experience. My assigned nurse named Dorothy was so caring and kind, without being pushy or overwhelming. The hospital was immaculately clean and sanitized. I felt safe at all times. Thank you surgical staff and Dr Dei. You are all wonderful and amazing.

I want to thank everyone who works at this location for their wonderful care of my husband James Havlicek. I have so much gratitude for everyone from the ed staff, to all of the nurses and doctors who were amazing over the last two years. You should all be so proud of the difficult jobs you do. I will keep all of you in my prayers for everything you did

The ER nurse, tech, and doctor that helped my fath...

The ER nurse, tech, and doctor that helped my father were SUPER rude!!! They were yelling at him and talking very loudly. The tech was being impatient with my father even though he was clearly unable to move fast and easily! The RN kept repeating very rudely that the reason why my dad was feeling sick was because of his cancer, OVER AND OVER!! Like no need to remind us why we're here in the first place! My father doesn't want to be reminded that he has to live with this disease!!! He kept saying "it's only going to get harder and its just how it is" and then proceeded to reprimand my sick and barely breathing and talking father that he shouldve called his oncologist and doctor first before coming to the ER OVER and OVER. and also stated how the ER can't help him. What kind of nurse says that?? I only gave it 3 stars because at least the nurses on the floor (my father was eventually admitted) were super kind to my father.

Seriously one of the best decisions I've ever made...

Seriously one of the best decisions I've ever made! Don't let it scare you because it will totally change your life. The nurses were so incredibly friendly and the doctors were super knowledgeable and nice. I had my surgery yesterday morning and I'm already seeing in 20/20 vision! Which is crazy, considering I went in with a super high prescription. The whole procedure took 15 minutes! I couldn't believe how fast it was. Thank you to everyone at the center for being amazing and changing my life!

The hospital and staff are absolutely wonderful. The billing department is just the opposite. I sent a check on 12/12/20 for my entire bill which was $100. On 01/12/21 it still had not cleared my bank. I called and had the billing department run my debit card for an additional $100. They seemed to have no issue doing that when it is an intake of cash. I did not cancel the check because my bank would charge me a $35 fee. I thought it was just lost in all the Christmas mail. Well I found out by calling and calling that they had it, but never entered it, or deposited it. As odds would have it the darn thing cleared the very next day, so now I have overpaid by $100. I called on 01/13/21 to tell them to please refund me either on my debit, or by check. On 01/26/21 it was finally reviewed. On 03/03/21 it was finally approved to give me my $100 back. On 03/24 I called and asked for a Supervisor. He said that there was not one available. He would send them and E-mail and that I should allow another 30 days for a response REALLY??? Today is 04/05/21 after several calls to not so smart customer service reps I still do not have my $100 back. I honestly don't think that I will ever receive it in this lifetime, and that I should just give up. Very disappointing as the surgery and care that I got was top notch. What the heck is wrong with the billing department? Is it outsourced?

This hospital saved my life. I would not be here today, a 39 yr. single mother of a 9 yr. Old without the amazing team at Ascension Franklin. In may 2020 I arrived unconscious into your emergency room (my daughter called 911 at home for me because I couldn't breathe right or stand up). Dr. Kattapuli (sp?) and his team of nurses, PAs, other MDs, RTs, worked with his team and my family. Testing negative for covid19 but having the antibodies. The Cytokine storm is what I was told.. Him and my father had to decide to give me tPA, dialysis and eventually put me on a ventilator to save my life. He worked with my family and kept them informed the whole time. I was moved to the ICU where I remained on the ventilator and was able to come off on my daughters birthday. The ICU staff and then the floor staff as I recovered was absolutely amazing. I will forever be grateful and when I've had to come back since, it's been just as amazing for me. Thank you to you all. There's truly no way I can ever repay you.

As a senior close to age 72, I am extremely disapp...

As a senior close to age 72, I am extremely disappointed in how Ascension has been rolling out COVID vaccines. Call my Doctor's office,I get the same rhetoric each time, " we will contact you when we are ready". Yet, competitive Health Care organizations have vaccinated patients considerably younger than myself. Also, it appears certain people are getting preferential treatment since a friend of mine, who is an Ascension client and former employee, called her Doctors office and got an appointment within a week. This is ubfair and improper. I for one will be looking for a different non Ascension primary Doctor.
