I am never met dentists that care more about their patients than Dr. Kim and Dr. Anh! Definitely recommend

Dr. Kim is knowledgeable, carefully explains each step of her work and uses the most current technology in her dental practice. I always feel more informed about dentistry each time I visit.

Received exceptional care during a recent July 2020 appointment. Their new safety procedures during Covid times made me feel very safe and stress free. Charity at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The dental assistant, Terrell, was very caring. And Dr. Kim Thanh Nguyen was extremely meticulous, skilled, and thorough. Before coming into this practice, I was told by another dental office that I would lose a certain tooth, but Dr. Kim went above and beyond to save my tooth! Thank you, Dr. Kim for your genuine care in my oral health, my well-being, and treating me like family!

My "pre-pandemic" description of Dr. Kim is meticulous and scientific. My recent (June24/20) appointment with Dr. Kim exemplified and magnified both words. Given my age, my lifestyle during this global crisis has been one of sheltering in place. I had not been to a grocery store or public facility since March 1, 2020. Dr. Kim was my initial "outing." I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, planning and dental practice adaptations to our current situation. Thanks Dr. Kim for your commitment to your profession and to the expertise you are providing your patients.

Dr. Kim is the reason I still have almost all my teeth in the teeth of my neglect. She's high tech and does it all while sharing humor. Office very organized, staff very skilled!

I have been going here for about three years now and love it. I recently got my first cavity filled (I'm 22) and was terrified. But Dr. Kim and staff put me at total ease. I would definitely recommend, especially if you're someone who dreads going to the dentist!

@ Roxy Mendoza. My friend was just telling me about this as well. Seems insensitive to charge a ten dollar fee for that reason. I strongly encourage you to report this to the better business bureau. No other business is charging this type of fee. I m certain it s illegal

I have seen Dr. Ahn 5 times since mid-November for some pretty extensive dental repair work. Dr. Ahn and her assistants are very pleasant, super efficient and appear to be using state-of-the-art technology and methodology. The office manager, Charity, is also very nice and very efficient. She is great at providing me with good information re charges, insurance payments, etc. Bottom line: I am very pleased with Wheaton Dental Partners with what I have experienced so far.

Highly recommend Dr. Kim Nguyen! I m terrified of going to Dentists, but Dr Kim Nguyen is the exception!

Went to Dr Kim Nguyen for check-up and overdue cleaning before starting a (non-dental related) new med. She was knowledgeable about the med, very thorough and conscientious! She even called me after I had left the office to tell me that she had given my condition further thought, and suggested one more test for reassurance!

She was very gentle, and spoke in a very soothing, reassuring tone during the cleaning. Thanks to Dr. Kim Nguyen I ve got a brighter smile

Wheaton Dental in particular Dr Kim has been my dentist of choice for many years now. Dr Kim is thorough and takes the time to explain what she is doing. I have great trust in her experience and expertise. I highly recommend Wheaton Dental.

I am a 68 year-old man. One night, in October 2016, I was suddenly unable to eat because my teeth were too sensitive to heat, cold, and pressure.
Dr. Kim examined my teeth and found that all of my teeth were worn out from grinding, and also that one tooth had an infection.
In the following 3 months, I had a few visits. She performed the following: deep-cleaned my infected tooth, root canal, crown, fillings in all of my teeth, and made me a new night/bite guard. All of the jobs she did were excellent; I never had to come back for a redo.
Today I can enjoy my hot coffee, cold ice cream and normal food. My teeth also look nicer.

I was a client for over a decade. A decade! Always had good experiences with the doctors and overlooked the fact the receptionist was brusque at best, rude at worst. I made an appointment for July six months in advance. I heard nothing from them throughout the pandemic, so I assumed, of course, everything was on track. I arrived at 7:25 am for a 7:30 appt, and the assistant was unlocking the door and looked at me strangely...like I shouldn't be there. Uh-oh.

She let me in and told me my appointment had been canceled, and they had tried to reach out to me yesterday. Number one, no message, no email, no text from them (yet they send me tons of all of those when they want to advertise something or confirm my appointment for the 80th time). Number two, you don't notify someone about a canceled appointment with fewer than 24 hours notice. I own a company. I charge for that nonsense. It's rude, unprofessional, and totally unnecessary. I was then told "the receptionist couldn't leave a message on my phone." Really, now? Evvvvveryone else on the planet can leave a voicemail but you? Uh-huh. Even if that were true, you could have texted me or emailed me for such an important thing.

But of course, it gets worse, because why waste 15 minutes of my time when you can waste over an hour? I was not happy, though calm, and the assistant said they would try to "fit me in." (Uh, considering I was the first person there with an appointment I made six months ago, I should have been prioritized.) I said fine...but that I HAD to be out no later than 8:45 am to go to work. You know, that thing that allows me to pay you all. I wait another half hour in the waiting room. It's now 8:05 am. I get brought back to a chair. Ok, there' s hope, I think. Tick, tick, tick. At 8:35 freaking am, the doctor finally comes in. I say, "Can you clean my teeth in ten minutes? Because I was very clear that I needed to be out of here at 8:45 am." Of course I was told that was not possible. So....instead of wasting 30 minutes of my time, which would have not made me happy but I could have been rescheduled at a premium time and offered a discount (because that's what good businesses do when they muck up), you made me sit for an hour and ten minutes of wasted time and leave without a teeth cleaning? They expected me to sit and wait for the rude receptionist to get off the phone to reschedule me. HAH.

I walked out. No yelling. No scene. No flipout. I walked out because I'd had enough. Was there a follow up? An apology? An offer to reschedule or give a discount or attempt to keep a good client who has always paid bills on time and even bought their practice's insurance on any of the modes of communication they had for me? Nope. I called a new dentist four days later and asked to have my records transferred there. Wheaton Dental Partners sent me a simple email: Your records have been transferred. Wow. No attempt to apologize or keep me at all. So absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the service. I guess because I have good teeth and only get cleanings and the occasional cavity filled once every few years, I wasn't worth keeping. Plenty of other dentists in the area who will treat your valuable time with respect.

I have been a patient at Wheaton Dental Partners for over 7 years, and they have provided consistently wonderful care. The staff are friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Most recently a partial crown that Dr. Ahn placed years ago fell out, and within days she was able to complete a replacement - at no charge and with minimal disruption to my schedule!

Doctor Kim is extremely thorough. She is always taking her time to make sure everything is done perfectly.

I've been with Dr Ahn for the last twelve years. She is always excellent. She explains what she would like to do for you and does it with care and professional skill. Of course, Charity is always there to welcome you with a bright smile and make you feel like all will be well!

Top notch in every way - both the expertise of the dentists and the friendlineness of the entire ataff. I've been a patient for many years and have always had the best dental work performed, using the latest equipment. I've had perfect-fitting crowns made in one visit from a digital photo taken of my mouth, manipulated using CAD/CAM software, and carved using a miniature milling machine connected to the computer. Have never had a problem getting an immediate emergency appointment.

Beware the office is charging a $10 fee per person due to the office spending their money on sanitizing equipment. The explanation I got was that they had to buy sanitizing equipment such as hand sanitizing and other stuff, so it s up to their loyal customers to pay for it? Basically !!! They have a small sign in their office in case you miss it cause I sure did. Covid-19 has been extremely difficult for all of us, as customers coming in that shouldn t be coming out of our pockets. It s not right.

I had cosmetic dentistry done by Dr. Thuan-Anh Nguyen. She very beautifully and delicately built up my small teeth. She is very thorough well versed (she continues to take courses). The staff at Wheaton Dental Partners is very competent and welcoming.
