Extremely unprofessional and disappointing services. We used it for hoist installation as there was urgency to get installation completed relatively fast. Salesman promised within 2 weeks of order agreed installation will be completed. As soon as order signed off, installation team gave 6 weeks start time, after lot of requesting they brought it to 3 weeks, we were still hoping it would be done in time. First step carpenter cutting door, person expected to do work did not turn on agreed day and next day and following day. Wealdon project manager responded there is no trace of person and there is nothing they can do. Hoist installation team started work and they installed rails at neat head height, when we spotted and asked , answer was as carpenter did not turn they are doing where tgey can ( really , is this how professional company install ), saga kept going, they found somewhere a new carpenter who came to work a week after , that day end of day installation team again stopped working and told us one post missing in design ( wowwwww, design team could not design a safe structure) , they started packing and leaving. Patient discharge from hospital was depending upon hoist installation and company had no seriousness . After talking to lot of helpless employees in company we managed to talk Mr Simon owner of firm and he was very helpful and sent missing pole to get track on. Still cutting door and fixing structure was pending, wealdon said someone will call us to fix appointment but bo one ever called, when we contacted they first we were not available ( fantastic they knew sitting in thier office without getting in touch with us that we are not available) later they told truth unable to find a person to carry work. Finally someone came and did work. Only 2 people in entire firm were professional owner Mr Simon and coordinator Louise. This was a nightmare to get work done from this firm, we engaged number if firms but never had so difficult experience.

Extremely pleased with service and product. A big thank you to Sim Fleck for listening to our requirements, bringing a beautiful chair (much admired by the home she moved into a few hours ago) for my mum to trial - and buy - at short notice. It's the most comfortable mum has been since having her stroke six months ago. We have approached other suppliers, but the process was very complicated and time consuming at a very distressing time in our lives. Despite being far more stylish and comfortable, the chair supplied by Wealden was cheaper too. I highly recommend this supplier.
