I am working for WGC for the last 18 months and I really believe that I am on the right , trusty and successful Company who really care about their employees from all aspects. I am really happy to be part of this big family and I am promoting this aspect to all that want to have a job in a hospitality industry and to have a successful carrier ! :)

Hi i have worked for W.G.C for over 13 years, its a really good company to work for and progress with them, i started as a room attendant in 2005 , then a supervisor then with so much support of W.G.C i got prompted to the head housekeeper manager , i became pregnant with my son so i as returned back to work part time i was the assistant manager, i then became i'll with depression and W.G.C was so surportive and understanding with me thank you so much, i am now the head housekeeper manager again with so much support from every one - i would recommend any one to work for W.G.C they are really good to work for.

I work for Wgc and they were very profesional doing ther best to help and suport all personal providing corect information and trainings. They are a big and nice family for me.

I have worked for WGC for 15 years and loved every minute. I have been promoted 3 times which goes to show how much the company values its employees. If you are looking for a fresh start this is the company that can offer you that chance . Great people and lots of company benefits.

Overall WGC is a good company to work for. The pay rate as a whole is very good, especially for the younger person (under 25) as it gives them the opportunity to be able to earn a good wage alongside education or a second job. The training is hands on, the perfect introduction for a true representation of the job and is all paid for, bonus. And work environment is always happy and supportive. The only downside i find personally is due to being a contracted company, work depends on occupancy and season/ time of year meaning variation in hours weekly unfortunately. Sometimes communication could also be clearer between parties offsite when a issue occurs, and company sick pay instead of only statutory sick pay would also be a bonus. But overall, i love my job, and have been working here for almost 4 years and been given so many opportunities because of it.

I have been working for Wgc for 6 months. I've never had rare work-related problems. . payoff always on time :) I highly recommend WGC.

Working with this company 8 years already, great people, great opportunities to go, good company to work with.

I do not recommend working for this company, especially the apartment cleaning department. People who manage there do not treat employees seriously, the problem arises not only at work and setting a schedule, but also when collecting money .... At the very beginning they promise to send to the account, unfortunately if someone does not have an account, they give checks ... 20% is lost during the check implementation !! Contact is limited, no one knows anything and still.

a company with big problems in payment of salary. billing department is not qualified. and communication is below. a company that makes a lot of discrimination and I will make a complaint to a lawyer for outstanding financial company !!!!

THE WORST AGENCY EVER!!!!
They will ask you to work extra hours and not pay you! They will not pay your holiday either! I have worked with them for around 1 year and I was always doing extra hours but never got paid. When I asked them thay said that I did not do the extra hours! I have shown them the timesheets and rotas from the hotel and they said they will investigate but never did and never paid my hours which I worked extra.
Also, they did not pay my holiday!! I have emails with proof that i wanted to take my holiday last year but they said I need to wait, again and again. And now, In April they said that I lost my holiday because I didn't use it last year. They are the ones who told me not to take the holiday and that they will pay me. THE WORST AGENCY EVER!

The only employer I had in UK, since I left my country. With WGC I developed myself, and the support and the opportunities are always there. Is a pleasure to be part of an amazing team.

Good salary and payments always on time, no issues with the room cleaning and hours available. However working hours for linen porters and supervisors should be increased.

I have only been working for the company for a few months however their constant efforts to progress staff and provide them with excellent training is outstanding, within the industry we are challenged however working for WGC nothing is to much.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Does NOT, I REPEAT DOES NOT pay invoices. They come up with all sorts of excuses not to pay for Services already rendered to them!! DO NOT TOUCH THEM OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT GET PAID FOR YOUR WORK!! THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS TO BUSINESS COMPANY TO EVER DEAL WITH!!
