I submitted documents for co-financing in the program of clean air, at the end of December there was a boisterous signing of contracts along with the photo session and that ended well. When I applied for the payment, the "detailed analysis" started, I had to make an annex to the contract because the name of the stove was on page 1 in the document x was to be on page 2 in the document y. But I made an annex. The next annex was even better because after "detailed analysis" I had to change the letter C to the letter D. From the submission of the application for payment of coins passes the fourth month and then nothing. And the best thing is that my taxes are kept by the multitude of officials who do nothing.
