DO NOT TRUST PETER FROM WFM FOR ANY REASON!!!!
His company ruined my brand new home 1 day after defect sign off and he walked away from his responsibilities. They do not supervise their staff and advised us that we had no choice but to use them or our warranty of other work would be void.
They did not use the correct equipment when installing a fan and drilled into a fire sprinkler system. Peter Wallace (the director) was initially pleasant however then decided it was best to run away from his responsibilities and have his admin tell me that he shouldn't be disturbed. I'm sure he thinks the case is settled as he let his insurance company pay the almost $350K damage his staff caused however he owes us lots of money as we have not been compensated. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We will be taking further action.
