Very good program for small accounting - intuitive and easy to use. I am writing this as an accountant with over 25 years of experience.
Very nice invoice and accounting program, which also has very nice warehouse functions for producers.
The only drawback is the fact that there is no phone number that you can call and find out what is going on, for example, if their service spills and you can not get to the site.
Customer service still needs to be improved.
I do not recommend wCompany - tragic customer service and misleading - verification transfer is really a verification fee (written in a small print)!

From the simple functionalities for me, it is incomprehensible that displaying the list of expenses does not have the option of the "issue date" column, there is only a "due date", what's more, it is not possible to display the seller's NIP number on the list of expenses, but there is REGON?!?. .. absurd, because for such a small functionality it is required to purchase a higher subscription!
Previously, I used two other accounting systems: Sage and ifirma, unfortunately, both of them were unsuccessful and the company had a lot of bags and poor accounting / technical support, while Sage was expensive. The in-company system gives me all the functionalities I need: Accounting, Warehouse, Allegro integration, and additionally they have very nice prices and promotions. IT specialists introduce newer and newer legal regulations and functions to the system that facilitate independent accounting. As for me, 5 / 5

The site itself and functionality = great. However, customer service is a drama and torture. Not only is there just a chat (it is just known from the beginning) but with a stubborn maniac everyone picks up the rules and sticks links instead of answering the question directly and briefly. The conversation does not develop, continuing to ask questions and suggesting that the request for a simple and clear answer (because that's why we have in the company, because we do not know accounting) - and they still paste ready rules and links to their guide pages (often very confusing and illegible to the non-accountant). Sometimes one trivial case is solved for days, exchanging tones of messages. This is some drama.
This program is phenomenal! There are not so many functions you need. Great customer service !. I keep my fingers crossed for development.

Many options available only after logging in - when we cannot log in, we are left without a solution. Luckily there are only 45 days left and DUMP THAT RUBISH ASAP. You are embarrassing bastards, not specialists. You do not have to offer problem makers and any standard solutions.
