weygand Surveying, Inc Review

The guys at Waygand took care of me. The two guys who came onsite to do the work were leaving as I was pulling up but took the time to walk me around the properly and show me the corner post. They did a good job marking the corner post for me and answered other questions about the properly line. I spoke to the receptionist before and after the work was done and they were very kind and professional. I was more than happy with the work done and will give them my business in the future.

Needed a survey by closing on a Friday. Called on Monday and they were able to get it done no problem

Getting information and return phone calls is nearly impossible with this crew. They used to be very good but for my last project I'm sorry I started down the path with them. They literally never returned any phone calls after promising to do so. I had to call them multiple times per week to get updates/information.

They completed a survey on my new home (it s an irregular lot so the property lines aren t crystal clear) when I asked them to come mark the left side of my home like they did the right they said it would be a $250 charge...they just did the survey 3 weeks earlier! Do not use!! Also this is the first time I have ever written a review, so that should tell you something.

I have also sent a letter to the Alabama board of engineers and land surveyors.

Left flags and other markers all over the property. Could not accurately describe what they were doing at my home except it was "for the mortgage."

Lots of Errors, very delayed in communication, never came back to fix the errors on the project. I will never use them again.

We just simply put in an inquiry and they showed up the next day without ever confirming or to discuss the quote or what we wanted done. We were never called or emailed. Will be reaching out to them but previous reviews say that is almost impossible...will update if communications are good.
UPDATE---They did call and apologize! Needs were met and will come back to mark line boundaries. Fast and prompt call! Highly recommend!!!
