Called yesterday on a recommendation, I hate leaving bad reviews but I felt that awful that I've had to today... I called yesterday to see if i could have my fringe cut I was told to pop in, when coming in I was told because my current fringe had been in an alice band all day so was flat they couldn't do it and that I should wash my hair and then rebook....Which was pretty embarrassing to be told in a room full of people... All that needed to be done is my fringe to be wet down and then blow dried after to sit correctly..... Just felt as if they did want to do it and made me feel really rubbish I was sat in the chair feeling really awkard and then had to leave after being refused basically, The sad thing is I popped into toni & guy straight after to ask to book in for the Saturday after I had been able to blowdry my own hair as advised by westwood and they said we can cut it right now for you, wet it all down cut it lovely! and then blow dried it and made me feel so much better.
I am looking foward getting my hair cut here they look like great hairdress which we not have for a long time ....

I have been looking for a good salon for ages since I moved here from the states and I've finally found it! I had a Groupon voucher and was apprehensive at first because I had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment to be seen but it was well worth the wait. Ellese was fantastic and listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me such a beautiful cut and colour! Not only did I get a head massage during my shampoo, I received a neck one before my blowdry, it was heavenly! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I went here before my wedding as had a special offer for highlights. Was not disappointed, the service was amazing and no hard sell. I cannot remember his name but he was a top bloke and I would highly reccomend him.
I take my children 1 & 4 years to Westwoods for their haircut. The staff are welcoming and great with the children. Their hair always looks good even if you have a wriggly 1 year old.

Had a wonderful experience at Westwood today. I got the day wrong for my appointment and the staff went out of their way to fit me in later that day my haircut was the best I've had for a very long time and Vicki made sure it was perfect had a fabulous head neck and shoulder massage. All in all considering I had a Groupon voucher I would willing paid full price for the excellent treatment I received will certainly go back and recommend the salon to all my friends well done

Good colour service but terrible haircut advice. Gave the stylist a chance to fix it and she unfortunately ruined my hair, asked for thinned out ends and for some reason she put in short layers all over and left the ends uneven. I can't do anything with it and just have to wait for it to grow out.
