Choose your builder first - that is our advice. We were referred to the Weststyle team by three seperate people and we were not disappointed. We love our home and are so very thankful to the entire team at Weststyle for producing and delivering an amazing home.

As first time home builders, building is certainly a stressful proposition. Weststyle supported us each and every step.

Tony and his team are great. There will always be things that crop up before, during and post build.. that s the nature of building. However, how it is dealt with tells you more than anything else and Weststyle were always excellent in communication, trust and respect.

Thank you and we are already planning albeit only mentally at the moment to build with Weststyle in the future.

Don't. Just don't. It's a one way street. After their star architect left it was all down hill from there. Took nearly 7 months to get costings and was astronomically over budget. Had to concede to reductions on our side. Staff turn over high - felt like there was someone new at each meeting. Still couldn't get a handle on costs vs design, left us with no choice but to cease the process. Wasted 18 months with them waiting for them to get in-house together. Guess what though? Zero flexibility on refunding some of the $22k we deposited to them for services we didn't get. Seriously unethical considering we waited very very patiently & politely for them to get it together. Whole process had a very unpleasant level of stress nobody needs juggling rent, mortgage and life.

We chose Weststyle to build our family home after being impressed whilst watching them build next to our previous house. It was the second time we had built, and the process and final outcome could not have been more different to the high end project builder we used the first time round.
The strength of Weststyle is the fantastic team that supports you all the way through the design and construction process; they all genuinely value great design, the quality of their workmanship and final product. They really listen to the client to collaborate together to build your dream home within your budget.
We had a challenging start to the building process, but Tony made a number of tough decisions to ensure we were happy with their proposal before we signed the contract. Paul (our site manager) is thorough and often picked up things we missed, and had them replaced before we were aware of them. They delivered a fantastic family home that far exceeded our expectations.
If you want a uniquely designed home to meet your personal needs, finished to a very high quality at a fair price, we are confident Weststyle will deliver. Every member of staff we encountered was authentic, kind and clearly passionate about the work they do.

Building with Weststyle was a sensational experience. From the very first meeting we felt like a part of the family. The whole team were so responsive to our thoughts and opinions, and together we created our incredible home. The quality of their work is second to none. I can not recommend them highly enough. Would we build again? Yes! Why? Weststyle made the experience so enjoyable!
