Liking the reserved seating, makes it easier to get seats together

This is a new theater which features comfortable chairs and lots of food choices. The prices tend to be a little less then in Newark.

Very clean, easy ticket purchasing, very comfy seats. They also serve hot foods and alcohol(bar in lobby).

Good and clean movie theater. Friendly staff and good food.

Average Theater, instead of reclining chairs they have rocking chairs. No ticket booth, self serve kiosk& food area. Pay with Cashier. Overall decent & clean!!

Movies are good but staff is awful. Too many people standing around doing nothing while one person gives out popcorn to 20 plus people in line. Get there early if you want refreshments, you'll need some extra time.

Very nice theater that is clean and fairly inexpensive. The theater has a small arcade and a limited bar for beer and wine along with a variety of snack food and desserts.

Very high technical standards of projection and sound, even in the smaller rooms. Clean bathrooms. My favorite multiplex.

Movie theater is nice. They don't have a ticket counter, they have ticket kiosks.

Concession prices are average. No real arcade to speak of.

The reason they don't get 5 stars - no reclining seats, and no military discount. Those things matter to some of us.

An excellent theater choice. Comfortable seating, high quality sound and projection quality. The GTX theater truly makes for an impressive large screen experience. A wide variety of snacks are available. Always clean and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

My current favorite theater by a LONG margin. Excellent quality in sound and screen, comfortable seats and space. Some of the best prices, and excellent pricing on concessions. DEFINITELY the best theater in Delaware in my opinion.....reserved seating is worth the price alone!

Awesome! Love this place and how incredibly family friendly they are! Not to mention it's extremely convenient that you can purchase tickets online and on their app for the same price as at the kiosk!

Rocking, rather than reclining chairs. No true box office. Ticket kiosks said legit tickets invalid (they worked at the usher's stand). Movie experience itself ok.

Had a blast watching Avengers End Game, super comfy seats!

I love this theater experience. Wish we had one in Camden Delaware please think about opening one down south

This theater is so nice! State of the art everything, and they do such a great job supporting the local community by having items available for purchase from local food vendors.

Seats are really comfortable. Staff is very nice. I live in smyrna so i have westown and carmike to pick from i always favor westtown even though it is a bit of a price difference its worth it! Highly suggest this theater.

I have been going to Westown since the day it opened and it has never disappointed! Super friendly staff, very clean facilities, extremely comfortable chairs, high tech sound system, good prices, NO FEE TICKET PURCHASING APP, and a well-designed cafeteria style concession stand featuring regular theater food as well as local treats!! They have also done a lot to accommodate special requests like the sensory-friendly movies for those with autism. You really can't get any better than Westown Movies!

Love this new theater! The building is always clean, the food is cheap- and they support local businesses. Plush seats that even let you lean back. Not to mention, it's not overcrowded.

Saw infinity war here it was amazing! Good setting good service had a wonderful time!

Love this movie theater it was different than a y this g I've ever seen. We don't have any thing like this in Georgia where I live.

The prices were amazing along with the food. The theater was clean and comfortable. Thinking about making this my go-to movie theater.

If you ever get a chance to try to GTX theater, it is well worth the couple extra dollars. Self automation in buying your tickets and getting your drinks makes this place quick to get in to. The seats are so comfy and you never have to worry about seeing over someone else's head if they are in front of you.

The seats are comfy, leather like, a little over sized and rock. The theatre is always clean. There are lots of foods to choose from at the concession stand, including coffee, ice cream, and alcohol. It has a modern feel to it with no ticket window, you grab your own concessions and check out.

Good clean fun, they even offer beers and wine . Allways something to watch. Fantastic sound

Hands down, my favorite movie theater in the area. The lobby is extremely well designed, with a self-service ticket kiosk, lots of food options, and games. This theater is the only one that I know of in the area that offers a bar. Plus the lobby and theater are always super clean! The GTX theatre is super cool and now they redeem Fandango tickets too! Keep it up, Westown!

I love this theater. Management is great! Never had a manager come in to a noisy theater for of teenagers and turn the lights on and threaten to throw them out of they continued to scream and wander the theater with their phones out lol. Not sure what it is about the popcorn but it isn't the best I've had. Not much else to complain about though!

My favorite theater!! Had a problem once with the movie theater screen and manager corrected issue right away. Never had a bad experience that management didn't address and fix! I love being able to buy my tickets through their ap with no extra fees. Their grand theater is amazing. Being able to pick your seat when ordering your ticket, so there is no need to rush to the theater to save your seat makes the experience even better. I would encourage anyone to try them out!!

Believe it or not its been over 17yrs since I've been in a Movie Theatre passed by this one and thought if I go back to a theatre it will be that one. We went and I love the place. Clean, staff helpful and nice. Popcorn not that great but Im used to eating PopSecret Homestyle Get the brownie is soooo delicious .We are going back soon.

Loved the movie Mama Mia. However theatre management needs to replace the lights in the theatre (4 weren't working in theatre 9 on Tuesday). This is an accident waiting to happen especially for seniors.

The best movie theater experience! I love the way the concession area is setup. Its very simple to choose and pay for your snacks and theres never a long wait. The theater chairs are very comfortable and its always worth the drive. I live closer to Dover but prefer to driver an extra 10-15 minutes to go here.

This theater has comfy leather seats. Big place and the nachos were great. Friendly service and decent prices. Definitely would recommend!

My favorite in Delaware. The screens are great, all the seats are new and comfortable. There is a bar on site so you can have a beer with your movie. The bathrooms are always clean.

I love the theatre. The manager Frank needs some customer service skillz. He doesn't know how to talk to people. I had a very bad experience today because of him. They need to send him to training or just get another manager. Talked to him before the movie then after the movie he wants to come at me all loud causing a scene.

It is my favorite cinema! The seats are very comfortable and the purchase of the lockers is quick.

Great theater, highest price for tickets for an adult is $18 and always has a great selection of movies.

Great movie theater. Very family friendly. But it also offers a small selection of beer and wine to enjoy with your movie. Don't worry, they only allow guests to have two drinks and in many visits I've seen no problems with allowing adults a glass of wine or two with a movie.

Fairly new theater.....good food and snacks. I like being able to pick my seats when I purchase my tickets.

Best popcorn, hands down! Seats are comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly. Seriously amazing sound system with Dolby Atmos!

This is a new theater but they are doing everything right. The seats are comfortable and the service is great. There is even a bar if you want alcohol to go with the movie.
