Absolutely horrible. Hour long wait times. Disgusting.
I wish there was another way for me to get to the doctor, because they do not know what the hell you are doing. We get call to say there coming and they have all ready been there to pick you up, or they don't call at all. Your late or got to wait 2 hours for a pick up. And the people in will cheats are on the van to long. I fill sorry for them.
TERRIBLE customer service!!! Tried purchasing bus passes to add on to my ConnectCard, the $36 was taken out of my account but not put on the card. Called twice, was told to fill out a form - twice, emailed customer service. No response to anything and I'm out $36!

0 for 2 . This time bus was 35 past doctors appointment time. But went 15 minutes beyond our stop to drop others 1st. Doc had to cancel our appointment!! Go-Westmoreland really don t seem to care either!
You would think that westmoreland county transit would cover westmoreland county but i guess everyone West of Madison doesn't matter it's pathetic that fayette and Washington county pick up at belle Vernon Wal-Mart but the county it resides in doesn't feel it's important enough. It's funny that they don't give a flying "expletive" about us out here in belle Vernon and West Newton
Westmoreland County Transit needs to update their search engine! I've been on their site for over an hour looking for scheduled stops, dates & times. Where I put in city or days it states none found!!! I had to go into each route to find what I was looking for!!!!
It's clean. Staff is very friendly. They were extremely helpful.
Customer service is horrible. People who drive the buses pass you if your on a wheelchair when your in the right area for pick up.
Drivers treatment schedules more like suggestions. When you are supposed to leave from the transit center, expect to actually leave about 30 minutes later at least. Late to all of their stops as well.
The customer service is terrible and rude attitude towards me. Don't take the bus. I'd rather walk and die than take their stupid bus

I have ony used them a few times, but I find all of their employess very nice and very professional, espescially the girls on the phone. They are all so friendly. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Drivers are very rude most of the passengers habe no personal hygiene what so ever of you don't smell stinky feet it's body odor the buses are falling apart when it rains some of them lraksome have cracks in the floor. The worst bus service in the state.
The center is well established with decent air conditioned waiting hall including restrooms and sitting benches, the employees here are well qualified, very respectful and responding to any inquiries you might have.
Drivers run ambitious schedules, so must keep to the strict rules. My rating is for the drivers. The routes go all sorts of places you wouldn't expect a country route to go. Figure out the radial zone system and your route first if you want things to go quickly. (The radius goes out from Greensburg, ask your driver which stops cross the zone barriers).
Very helpful missed a bus due to construction they sent a car to get me
They have made great advances over the past 2-3 years. 3 stars for cancelling several trips due to driver shortages. They re in the process of putting new buses on the road and getting rid of the box type vans that squeak constantly inside. 4/19 update-new buses are in service, app payment system and Connect Card; closer to 4 stars now. Soon.
My trip to and from Latrobe always takes an hr and a half sucks
My client has had to depend on the Go Bus to be able to work. They drop him off 1 hr. too early and we had to wait Over 2 hrs. for the return ride. Upon calling, they tried to blame my client saying he missed the bus. I informed them that I was here waiting With him the whole time and no bus arrived. Very poor service!!
Buses only run every 2 hrs. Wish they had more buses! Drivers are very nice and helpful
I'm not sure where these negative comments are coming from. This is by far the BEST commuting experience I've ever had. What a joy it is to ride a reliable bus with friendly bus drivers. Customer service is also great! I've left a few things behind and gotten every one of them. Can't recommend highly enough.

Had a transfer. The driver put the wrong date on the slip (simple mistake) and the other bus driver refused to take it. He claimed that I took it out of the trash, even though it was in perfect shape. I asked him to ask the other driver but he refused. Other drivers don't even wait for you to sit before they take off. The only good thing is most seem ok dropping you off just about anywhere on the route, which is probably why they run late.
I don't ride the bus but my mother happened to drive past an elderly woman with bags and boxes of food. My mom picked her up to give her a ride and asked why the bus wouldn't take her. Your Douchebag of a driver wouldn't let her on because had 'to many bags' which is complete bull. If you can let 600 pound people on let a damn elderly woman with groceries get on. Get new drivers because that's terrible.

It s 5:05 and I just got on the 2F leaving downtown. It is supposed to pick up at my stop at 4:40. We haven t even left downtown and we are 25 freaking minutes late already. The service is unbelievably horrid. The fact that I had to give money when I just got on when I should be on the other side of Murrysville by now is insane. It funny bc I won t ride for weeks at a time bc if I have any obligations after work I cannot trust I ll make it home in time and then the one day I do... it s just terrible as always. The five star ratings are definitely fake or out of pity. I haven t had one day where I d give Westmoreland transit five stars.
It gets me from home in Latrobe to work in Greensburg and back again. The drivers are all good people.

One driver is annoying & mean but most all other driver's are so nice and very helpful to get you to your destinations. A good variety of routes.

Your drivers need to stop at stop signs instead of driving right through them. At about 4:30 today one of your drivers blew through a stop sign going approx 30 miles an hour. I had to slam on my breaks and swerve to miss him. Thank goodness no cars were coming the other direction. This driver needs to be held accountable for his actions . They could have killed someone today.
Worst county transit I've ever had to deal with. Bus schedules only have some of the routes on them .You have to call to find out when and where the closest bus stop is cause like I said only a few on the schedule

Surprise here is a rider for new app for your service for payment for the ride and but it is not working properly and cellphone had bad signal and message poor information on it and show the driver!!!!!!!!! Ideal for keeping the connect card now and avoid the troubling device is not working properly and delay buses get to the location now!!!

Truly, I have no idea how Westmoreland Transit has as many stars as it does (probably pity ratings from friends and family). If I could give it zero, I absolutely would. This is undoubtedly the most unprofessional and unreliable transit company I have ever experienced. I ve been riding with Westmoreland Transit for 4 months and have had 5 buses break down/have mechanical issues - 3 of which required riders to transfer to a new bus. The most recent experience having at least 10 riders standing in the aisle of the bus, which was clearly way over capacity. Buses are consistently late, even before entering any sort of Pittsburgh traffic. It is unethical to charge a premium for a service that is just plain nonexistent. It would be more reliable to get myself a pair of roller blades and skate for 30 miles into the city. Or train a team of sled dogs to pull me into work every day. These two options are more plausible than banking on Westmoreland Transit to carry out the service that I pay for.
