Loved this hotel, do be aware that you will need to carry your bags up stairs if your not on the bottom floor, no elevators. The restaurant was good!

Hotel guests quiet, meaning you get a great nights sleep. Dean is super friendly. He recommended a really nice wine to compliment my dinner. Nothing is too much for him to help out. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic hospitality very enjoyable experience. The Blakes restaurant manager Dean was very amiable, fantastic food and service. Highly recommended. Really enjoyed the filet steak!

Most abysmal service I ve ever received in my life. Placed us in a corner with no lighting at all and forgot to take our order. After an hour of waiting the kitchen had closed and the man I spoke to apologised for missing us . I ve worked with animals with more special awareness than the staff there. If you can t keep tabs on customers who are blatantly trying to get your attention then don t bother accepting bookings. If taking orders is too much then you should probably invest in a kiosk like McDonald s have. Fine dining? Laughable

Top notch. Excellent customer service and very serene environment. spent 2 days and I almost didn't wan leave.

Really disappointing. Menu wasn't even half of what was advertised online. They replaced the cheddar on both sandwiches with cheap nasty cheese singles. No menu offered to children I was told they could various options with chips. Service was very slow considering how empty it was. Cutlery was dirty. Overall it was such a let down.

Exceptional food, was very impressed by the weekend menu s burger. Hotel clean and lovely looking throughout. Would definitely stay if in area again.
