Westin Atlanta Perimeter North Review

Edit: I'm updating this from 1 star because the manager contacted me after checkout, and when I told him about the towels, he took steps. I appreciate that so I'm adjusting my review. I still think they should be more clear at check-in about some things, but he showed he cared and that's worth a lot.
Original comments: During Covid, they're not cleaning rooms unless you request it. They should tell you that when you check in, versus figuring it out after a day out and coming back to a dirty room. Then, when you request fresh towels, it would be nice if they actually delivered them. After 2 calls, 1 visit to the front desk, and 4 hours, we still don't have clean towels. Oh, and the outdoor pool they advertise is empty and closed, too. On top off all that, the Marriott app doesn't actually work to give you a mobile key. Didn't get the foam pillows we requested, either.

The ease of checking in was amazing. Location is the Best and in the midst of So many Restaurants. I enjoyed Birthday with Westin.

Checked In Saturday 2-20-21 by Daniel. Received excellent service by Daniel. Extremely professional and friendly. Made us feel important and appreciated. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone. Everything from top to bottom was good. Rooms are above par, food is excellent, we ate dinner and breakfast there. Two thumbs up Westin

Wonderful stay! We were greeted with very friendly staff upon our arrival. The Hotel was very nice and clean. The restaurant Savor and was delicious and the staff was wonderful as well. Also Parking was right near the entrance so easy to get to. Book this hotel it won t disappoint!

The room was very comfortable, and clean. There was a very pleasant atmosphere from the time I walked in the hotel! Room service was very prompt and helpful!! I had an amazing experience during check in. I wasn t able to visit the restaurant, but will the next visit!

I stay at this hotel frequently and have to say that it is my favorite hotel out of the thousands I have stayed in over the years. The management and staff is phenomenal and go above and beyond in every way. They are the main reason I stay as often as I do. Travelers that are weary from the road can truly unwind in comfort with great food and cocktails as well.

Had an amazing overnight stay here - all of the hotel staff was magnanimously friendly and welcoming to us, especially Dedo at the front desk!

Enjoyed my stay as part of wedding block this past weekend. Convenient location, beautiful grounds and very clean hotel! Friendly and helpful front desk team. Icing on the cake was Manger, Dedo Dixon who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one. Thank you Westin!!

It didn't have a lot of stuff to do though a lot of it wasn't there fault it mostly due to COVID. The receptions were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are also very nice and comfortable. though it was very cramped. I really like that they had streaming services for you to use.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on our last trip to Atlanta. It s a good hotel in a good location. The rooms are a decent size and the view in our room was nice. We had a slight complication with our shower and the hotel staff solved the problem right away. The lobby and outdoor area of the hotel are beautiful. We took lots of pictures.
