Edit: I'm updating this from 1 star because the manager contacted me after checkout, and when I told him about the towels, he took steps. I appreciate that so I'm adjusting my review. I still think they should be more clear at check-in about some things, but he showed he cared and that's worth a lot.
Original comments: During Covid, they're not cleaning rooms unless you request it. They should tell you that when you check in, versus figuring it out after a day out and coming back to a dirty room. Then, when you request fresh towels, it would be nice if they actually delivered them. After 2 calls, 1 visit to the front desk, and 4 hours, we still don't have clean towels. Oh, and the outdoor pool they advertise is empty and closed, too. On top off all that, the Marriott app doesn't actually work to give you a mobile key. Didn't get the foam pillows we requested, either.
