I needed a piece for a broken tent and was unable to even find out who makes Magellan tents. After calling the sporting goods store I purchased it from and giving them my information I had no expectations of pulling this tent out of the closet again and would be throwing it away in a matter of time. Lo and behold a couple weeks later I received the exact piece of the tent I needed. Thank you, Tonya!!

Bought an All Terrain Wagon from Walmart at the end of season 2019. A part was missing when we opened the box in Summer 2020. Walmart would not exchange it since we did not still have the receipt. We got Westfield's number from them and called. Customer service could not have been more helpful! The parts arrived in two days. Special Thank You to Mr. Ward who handled the issue.
Bought a hammock chair, no longer listed as one of their products, from Walmart. Cannot return because I misplaced reciept. But this is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in/on. The frame is great, well thought out, sturdy, easy to set up and take down and strong. But the chair section was not thought out even tested well enough for them to brag how comfortable it is. Especially since it is very uncomfortable to any adult trying to sit in it. If you see this product in the store pass up on buying it, it would be a tremendous mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
