Westfall Surgery Center Review

I had cataract surgery here and everyone was great, the facility was state of the art, and I would not hesitate to go again if I ever had the need!

Late surgeries I understand, things happen. My nurse Kathy was great!!!! She was the best thing & she is retiring. I was pretty much shown the door in a rush after drinking part of a can of diet Coke & 3 crackers. Felt VERY RUSHED.

These folks are just GREAT, truly great. The staff make you SO comfortable and lighten the moment well.

The Four K's (Kathy, Kandy, Karen) are outstanding.

Do not plan anything here unless you have Great insurance or enough to cover the entire cost on the day of your surgery. Very stressful, had to reschedule to different facility. Will never go back there again!!!

Fantastic place. Wonderful, caring staff. Would go there again. Will recommend to everyone even my doctors! Thankswestfall staff you are amazing!! PS They have the special blanket heater tried 59,48,3 them for it..no go..thanks staff...you rock!!

I had my breast augmentation done here, the staff were absolutely lovely and took very good care of me.

I did not feel comfortable the last time I was there, though I never had that problem in the past. Everything felt very rushed and they wouldn t listen to me. Part of the procedure failed, probably because I felt so stressed. Now I have to go elsewhere to do it again, because they need some other kind of anesthesia that they don t offer there. I ve never felt like this in the past at Westfall, but as of now I can definitely say I felt I was not handled in a gentle or professional manner. While I can handle poor treatment every now and again, I can t handle it under the effects of sedative. So, it appears I ll have to figure something else out for the future, sadly.

My daughter had her tonsil surgery here. The staff was absolutely fantastic from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we walked out. All smiles and laughs made an easy process for us as parents. Thank you for the great work!

Aside from my horrible insurance and huge deductible the experience with these people was fantastic. Very together staff and not having to worry about transportation was key. Reed Eye providing a shuttle service for patients made my cataract surgery much easier..Would highly recommend Westfall..and Dr. Bloom.
