Very cool facility with everything you could possibly need.

This is a fun family place to swim. It has a water slide for small children and another larger one for older children and adults.
There is a small lazy river, a vortex pool, a lap pool and a shallow area with several water features for the toddlers.
There is a small play area in the lobby with a climbing wall (minimum of 40 lbs), slide, etc.
Upstairs is a workout facility that overlooks the pool. (I did not use the workout area but could see it from the pool).
If you are a Westerville resident the price is reduced but all are welcome.

Nice rec facility, very affordable for a day of fun. Good place to try indoor climbing. Fun pool has slides and a unique whirlpool. There is also a hot tub and separate lap pool.

Great facility, not enough parking. We need something like this in Genoa Township so this facility will be less crowded and Genoa can use our own facilities!

Great place but if you live in Westerville but not Westerville proper then you have to pay a little more

Often the pool is chilly, the locker room even moreso at times, and a dirty wall near the pool leaves one wondering about cleanliness. If you are there to walk the lazy river you may be invaded by the class from the adjoining pool, children's classes, or the disabled folks that use the pool. Seems there could be a little more coordination of activities, giving that area specific times for these groups. After all the walkers are also paying & at times are driven right out. It would also be nice if there was another afternoon for adult pool use besides Mon./Wed.

The indoor play area kept my son busy for hours, and they offer a variety of activities to keep the whole family entertained.

My wife, and myself, were invited to a birthday party that was held in one of the community rooms for our great niece. We then stayed for a swimming party in the attached indoor pool and play water area. Got to spend time with the grandson and family as well. Great family environment... Super clean!! Also got to look at art work from local schools. Good time for a young family outing, or grandchildren outing!!

Very nice facility and great swimming pool. My daughter did Aquatic Therapy here and I wish our local rec center was this big and nice (not that it's bad, but Westerville sets a high standard!).

Old faithful. She's got what you need. Nothing too fancy except the pool, but decent quality. Not the cleanest locker rooms but I've seen a few worse. Convenient and affordable.

This Place is great! If it's hot or cold outside this is our meetup. You can go swim, wall climbing or just have fun in the lobbies free playground. It sure is worth your time to checkout what they offer.

Nice place. I had to take away a star because they do not offer ANY discount to active military. Very disappointing.

Lots of terrific space, friendly staff, and activities.

VERY EXPENSIVE! Considering the taxes that were taken out to pay for this facility, the costs for the membership is VERY expensive compared to comparable facilities across the country. Much cheaper to use LA Fitness, they are cheaper AND have more to offer.

Had my sons birthday party here. It was excellent. They handled every detail. Very clean facility. The pool is great. Friendly staff.

Great family environment, something for everyone in the family to do. I like how the work out area is never overly packed, unlike other gyms in the Polaris area.

Love it. Affordable, lots of people at all levels of fitness. It is not over crowded. The pool was great when our kids were little. Can t wait to see what hey do with the expansion

My nephew plays soccer here. I was also played soccer here when I was a kid. They have definitely done some upgrades. The bathrooms were super clean. Very nice for the vending machines. The soap in the bathrooms are wired dont really like the powder, but I guess it can be like an exfoliating.

Awesome place to kill a couple hours. If you are getting a member ship I suggest it. Its updated,clean and fun.

We enrolled our 7 month old in Infant survival floating with Infant Aquatics 614. We couldn't be more impressed by this facility, its staff, it's cleanliness and our experience there.

The pool is a lot of fun, but I wish it would have the same hours as the rest of the center. The drop in fee for the workout classes is very reasonable, and makes it easy to see if you like a class before committing to a whole session.
The locker rooms are always freezing, but fairly clean.

This place is great with one exception. They need a family rate for memberships. The staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. When I called I was given all the information I needed to have a quick transaction when I arrived. The facility is clean and run well. The pool is always clean, but sometimes I wonder about the a out of chlorine. All in all this is a great place to use.

BEST REC CENTER EVER!!! We love the pool, climbing wall, indoor playground, workout facility, etc.!!! Extremely affordable location for birthday parties as well! We held my son's 10th birthday party there and not only was it a blast for everyone who attended (18 months to 80 yrs old), but the staff was fantastic!! Everything ran like clockwork and people are still talking about how much fun they had!!!

Its a nice facility with lots to do, including a large indoor pool, climbing wall, track, basketball courts, and more.

A fantastic local community center. We love Westerville! It just needs an ice rink now.

Great fun for all ages. It's a no frills kind of place for residents and non-residents alike. Residents get a discount on most things. If you're planning on going to the indoor pool, you should be swimming. The policy is to charge you for walking through the door, even if you do not intend on swimming.

We love the pool area; lazy river, water slodes, lap pool, recreational pool, children's play area, and hot tub (hot tub is for 16 years old+). Bring a big towel cuz the locker rooms are always cold.

Great place for little kids and older people, not enough activities for youth!

I didn't go in there, was meeting up with someone. My children likes going there for swimming.
