Western Wake Wellness Center Review

Dr. Young provides excellent, thorough, compassionate care. She and her staff have always been upbeat, responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

My family and I have been patients of Western Wake Wellness since we moved to NC in 2014. I'm grateful for the care we've received over the years and especially during the pandemic. I appreciate the measures they've taken to help patients feel safe coming in for a visit. Ivy Todd is a gem! She's compassionate, extremely knowledgable and easy to talk to. My oldest daughter loves when she gets to see Ivy. My middle daughter adores Jessica Pulling! She's funny, sweet and smart. My toddler doesn't care for anyone, so taking her in for a visit is not enjoyable for anyone, but I appreciate the compassion and patience that is shown towards us. I'll always remember when Dr. Young met us at the office on a Sunday, on her way back from the beach, for an issue my daughter was having. This was almost 7 years ago and I'm sure their policies/procedures have changed since then, but that level of kindness and commitment to her patients is something I'll never forget.

I ve been taking my family here for years. The staff is kind and attentive. And thank GOODNESS they follow through on their mask requirements. I trust them implicitly to keep my family safe.

The practitioners are kind. We have always enjoyed Jessica Pulling. But their front staff leaves something to be desired. We have regularly gotten mixed information from them, which has caused frustrating situations for our family. Their response to voicemails has been delayed or non-existant, although this has been improving. If you are on Medicaid, even temporarily, you are not treated with them same courtesy as you were when you didn't have Medicaid. As a physician in training, that is disappointing to me. If the physician/NP/PA want to develop a practice which is more equitable, then they should be more thoughtful about their policies and who they choose as their front staff.

Dr Young and her PAs are excellent. They are patient when talking to you and work with you to understand your condition and your treatment options.

Dr Young and her staff really stepped up for patient care and were early adopters of the COVID vaccination program. I was excited to be able to go directly to my PCP and get the shot while I was languishing on other waiting lists. The outdoor drive-up setting is convenient, efficient and safe and always comes with a smile. A++

Dr.Young is a fabulous ,caring Doctor!! She takes her time me. I never feel like she is in a hurry to finish our visit. very Positive and calm as well as her staff is friendly and patient. She cares very much for the safety of all her patience and staff. She conducts Covid 19 vaccine clinics to help our community. She is fabulous!

I had a very good experience at this office today! Everyone was extremely friendly and patient. Not annoying friendly. Lol! It was very calm and quiet. I was seen quickly and the front desk made sure my insurance questions were answered before I was seen. I was very nervous switching doctors but since my insurance changed it made more sense to go with a practice that was in network. I have been with the same doctor since my child was born 8 years ago also it was a tuff decision. I feel very comfortable with the change after today's experience! I highly recommend this office!

I love Dr. Young and her staff! She is excellent, professional, and really cares about her patients. I especially appreciate that she has paid attention to our safety during the pandemic, and offered the vaccine as soon as available.
