Western grossly mishandled their part in my close of Escrow giving the bank a payout that was thousands of dollars more than was actually owed. This caused us to lose our time value of money and caused serious problems. Their customer service and communication is the worst I've ever seen and they have admitted in writing what they did and then proceeded to state they stand by it. I have never before dealt with such apathy or laziness with any company. I urge anyone seeking out a Title company to seek elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

Completely inept at their job, my 13 year old son can do a better job at paperwork with his eyes closed. As others have said "find another title company". They will leave you with a sense of disappointment, dissatisfaction and frustration. I actually owe them an apology for overestimating their ability to do their job.

They don't care about there employees and cut corner....

If you want you property to actually be free and clear. This is not the place. They where a good company about 20 years ago when they where first southwestern. Key word being where.

Nobody answers the phone except or the operator, after several days of calling finally get a hold of someone that tells me they are busy and will call me back. After 5 more days of calling no answer again. How are you in business?

Trisha is always available for any title questions I may have. She is always coming up with great ideas to help me marketing ideas. She goes the extra mile.

I've worked with MANY title companies over the years, and this is by FAR the worst, most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. They are difficult to get a hold of, they do not communicate well or respond in a timely manner. They are sloppy with paperwork- delaying our closing because they forgot paperwork, and when we did close, the funds were not dispersed on time. They are rude, extremely unprofessional and don't seem to realize that their business should actually be to assist clients, not insult them. If you are looking for a great title company, or even one that will simply do their job in an organized and professional manner. This is NOT your title company.
