I have had auto insurance for over 9 years (2 cars) and and home insurance since 2018. I have had no problems for auto accident claim (car totaled) and also a basement water leak for my home insurance. Both times the adjusters were responsive and and communicated promptly. Their rates are the most affordable.

They didn't want to help me get any information on getting business insurance. So I looked elsewhere.

Worst insurance company. They found me at fault when someone backed out of a parking spot on private property into my truck while I was plowing. I was plowing this area for some time and hard to miss due to lights etc. Sheridan took a note and said she called me and told me they found me at fault, which is a lie. I only found this out when I called as no one got back with me in reference to the claim. I received no call and offered to provide phone records. Her boss Michelle left me a voicemail saying she stood by Sheridan and if she said she called she must have called me. I have phone records showing she didn t. You cannot get a hold of anyone when you call they are always on the phone. They don t respond to emails. I wouldn t be so upset if Sheridan did her job. No one asked if there was video or for pictures or did any work to actually see who would be liable. They just paid out the claim and jacked up my premium. So I m 100% at fault for someone backing out into me while I was very clearly in the lane of travel traveling.... I wish I could attach files so I could attach the voicemail and my phone records. I ll be switching companies.

Check their payment policies closely. My rate went up by 30% after being 3 days late. Not to mention the late fee! I will be shopping for a new company.

I had to switch to USAA they refuse to cover my storm damages!!

We have two vehicles with full coverage and one with just liability. We have yet to find cheaper insurance premiums. Also I hit more deer than my share and they took very good care of me.

This company took advantage of my parents, and never settled their claim as promised. Don t trust them beware.

As a company they are pretty good. Disappointing weekend/24 hour claim service. Waited on hold for 20 minutes. Gave up.
