Western Medical Center Santa Ana Review

Grandma was there last week and heard a lady begging for help and to give her water. They told her to be quiet. Don t leave your parents/grandparents alone. No one should be left alone. Take care of your fam cause no one will take care of them as good as you. Be patient and love them. Share on the ones that don t have patience your in the wrong field.

I was quickly and efficiently attended to. Everyone was authentically kind and sympathetic. Paperwork, x-ray and PA' s exam all well done. Glad my wife found them.

I appreciated this because a lot of times doctors will ignore your loved ones while in the room and only speak to you.

This review is for the business office not the care from the hospital. I received a Bill for over $3,000 2 1/2 years after my hospitalization for charges my insurance didn t cover. I made arrangements to pay monthly over a years time. I paid on the automated system using my debit card. When I did my very last payment it took over $300.00 more unauthorized out of my checking account. I ve been calling for several months to straighten this out and get my money back and nobody calls me back. Basically $300.00 was stolen from me by this hospital.

I had my son at this hospital in September of 2018 and everyone in the labor and delivery dept. was great! The nurses and my OBGYN were amazing. The only thing that I wasn t happy with was the anesthesiologist she took to long and by the time she gave me the epidural I was ready to push. I m still happy with my expirience but it could ve been less painful.

your service at the ER was very poor, a patient needed a transfusion but allow her just to seat on regular chair instead a bed or recliner. she decided not to take it due to facts that the medication has a side effects that a patient must need a complete lay down rest. unfortunately due to negligence by the staff her conditions worsen. charging fee came very fast within two weeks but service is very poor, can't trust them leaving the patient alone especially during pandemic, they keep saying no guest allow not even immediate family member, ridiculous.

The hospital room only have 1 chair for relatives too sit on. That's why I'm sitting on the floors.

No bedside manners at all. Y do nurses, doctors, hospital employees go into this business when all u ever say is "we just want to help people". The attending said to me b patient, thats funny me being the patient. The place was not clean. Not once did i see maintenance, no call button to get help & i needed it, I almost chocked to death. I will only go back is if unconscious & have choice..I sincerely hope u take this serious, Hospital Admin, this place is in shambles! update,update...GOD BLESS ur mess..
