We had a family member that lives close to LAX Airport. Senior citizen and in desperate need of health care. We found Western State and booked a appointment. The customer service was excellent. She was taken care of and loved the service she was getting. I will always be grateful for the service she received.

Wonderful staff who has taken care of 4 family members for years. We dont know what we would do without them.

Empty promises. No continuity of care. We were contracted to this agency by the GLA Veterans Administration and somehow the Physical Therapy team failed us deeply. We had been approved 2 sessions for 5 weeks and in 27 days my father, a deconditioned Veteran was discharged home after 19 days in the hospital. We had only 3 therapy treatments all from different therapists and one Occupational Therapy treatment. If you need a female Spanish speaking therapist or have a patient with dementia, keep looking.

We used Western for our family member that lived in Los Angeles CA. They were wonderful and had excellent customer service. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fanatic customer service and knowledgeable workers who took all the time that was needed to fix my problem. They have my love.

Nurses seem to lack essential skills, difficult to book, incredibly rude manager named "Patricia" who seemed to feel she was entitled to schedule my visits according to her wishes rather than mine. I hope my insurance will find me someone else. The problem with caregivers in this area is it's always about their convenience rather than the patient's.
