The staff are always disrespectful to the kids in there the staff are always loud I can t even study they won t even help you find a book if you need it

A very nice library. The staff there is very helpful and very nice. The only issue there is that parking is very limited there.

I don't like this Library because they security guard is always saying corny jokes and they staff is not polite at all

I use to hang out at this library growing up and This has to be the worst branch in Louisville. The kids are beyond bad and disrespectful. Kids like age 6 freely shouting and saying stuff kids should not be saying.
Fights always breaking out and the police being called, it got so bad I just caught the bus to the Highlands library least I was at ease and felt safe there.
When I was there the staff was amazing but they had their hands full with the kids.

It's horrible they hire bad security and then they always kick people out when they didn't do anything it was the other person the library is really stupid whenever it comes to that one
