Where do I start? I have had a beyond exceptional experience with Westborn Jeep! It all started and finished with Matt Harris, after shopping and looking at 5 other dealerships. I went to Westborn because I found the exact car I had been looking for with all the specific packages I wanted as well.

Matt made it a point to really listen to what I wanted in the car, along with meeting my budget needs. He was straight to point but not pushy, we went over my options and he respected my choice to want to go home and talk to my wife about the deal. Though, I knew the deal was so good I called him the following morning and we worked out the details to make it happen! In a matter of 48hrs, I was able to not only get the car I had been wanting but also in the budget I needed.

I highly recommend Matt as he is a great car salesman but an even better person. Go see Matt!!

The worst experience of my life . They sold me a 2015 300 basic and charge me the price of a 300c and lied on my bank loan ,didnt use my employee discount . I got into a accident with the car took it to there bodyshop and they had it for over a month then called me and told me they burned my car by accident. Im now still paying for a car I don't have

Came into this Dealership to look into buying a Ram I was approached By Wayne who then sent me off to Jason due to him Having someone at his desk. Jason the sales guy looked like he wasn t unsure what he was doing. Had a seat at his desk as i told him I was in the Market for a New Ram. He did not even show Me They types of vehicles they had for sale. What I was looking for specifically Not even a Test Drive? He did pull up my credit the whole thing was done in 20 mins In/Out. Like he didn t care about my concerns into buying a Truck and told me he will give me a Call tomorrow after a Couple day s Past by I Reached out Myself to get a Update. On what s Going on he advised me to get a CoSigner which I told him that wasn t a issue. Didn t even get a reply back it s been 2weeks Horrible Staff Horrible Dealership.

I bought my van at a great deal. But I told the salesman I can't pick the other car up until after their hours. He never told me they're going to lock the gate drove an hour out. And saw the gate was locked had to go back home and drive back out an hour the next day. , part 2 of the problem is I never got my registration on time still waiting on it. Temporary has been expired for two days . I'm still hoping the regular one comes, 220 document fees.

As a young first time car buyer I was hesitant to visit a car dealership. I was recommended to the Jeep Dealership by a family member. I worked with Matthew, he was fantastic! Matthew was one of the most down to earth, friendly, and helpful salespeople. He made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and worked with me to get me the best deal possible. I didn t feel rushed or pressured and was able to make my final decision on my time. I would definitely recommend anyone to go see Matthew to purchase/lease a new Jeep!

I had the opportunity to have Richard as my rep and this man is amazing! He goes above and beyond his job to make your lease/purchase worthwhile. I appreciate every effort he put in. I ll definitely be putting him as my go to for cars! Great dealership.

Total liars make sure to check your paperwork twice even three times they re willing to scam Anyone Nothing they say it s true keep that in mind when you go in there you will get better service anywhere else .When you pay the $500 fee You guys were supposed to pay if I lease another vehicle from you I might consider calling you

Do not trust this dealership. They will tell you anything to make a sale. Then when you call the leasing company you will be told that the information they gave you is wrong. Please, go somewhere else.

Took my 2017 Jeep Compass in to the service depart...

Took my 2017 Jeep Compass in to the service department, to be looked at on 10/11/17. My steering wheel, shakes when applying the brakes at high speeds. Leave the SUV, with service department at 7a.m. I get a call around 2p.m. saying nothing is wrong with my truck. I pick up my truck, the mileage is the same. How was my truck even diagnosed for high speed problems when it hasn't even been driven. Anywho, I was advised to bring the Jeep back in when it's dry outside. It is raining today. This is piss poor customer service. I won't be a returning customer of Westborn anymore.

Amazing experience! This is my second car that I ve leased through Matthew Moore & he made it so easy. He listened to what I wanted and answered every question I had. He wasn t pushy at all. He worked real hard at getting me the best deal possible and made sure I walked out of the dealership satisfied!

Own a Dodge Charger with the 3.5 and took it here ...

Own a Dodge Charger with the 3.5 and took it here because my engine was ticking due to the poorly designed original rocker arms that these engines came with. Mechanic there confirmed that it was the rocker arms causing the noise like all 3.5 engines. I asked them how much it would cost to have both driver and passenger side assemblies replaced. I was told that they supposedly no longer have the entire rocker arm assemblies and instead have to buy all the individual parts which seemed really odd but okay. Then was told that the job would take 7.5 HOURS?! and I knew right away that was wrong because the rocker arms are fairly easy to get to because they sit right on top of the motor. So they told me the cost would be $2,400 for parts and labor!!! So I obviously said forget it and found BOTH oem updated driver side and passenger side ASSEMBLIES online for $700 and bought them. Then took it to a trusted local mechanic and the labor only took them 2.5 hours and costed me $250! My car is fixed and no longer ticks and sounds great and the local mechanic gave me the old rocker arms which proves he actually swapped them out. So in total it costed $950 in comparison to the Dealer's $2,400!! THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME OVER DOUBLE COMPARED TO A LOCAL MECHANIC AND LIED ABOUT HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF AND I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

The guy that is responsible for the financing is so rude. He treated me in a bad way.So, I went to another dealer and they are more respectful. Rather than paying the 6,000$ down payment. I HAVE PAID 10,000$ (down payments and for the next few months too). He thought that I will not lease the car, just because I told him I am waiting for my Dad for one week to come from overseas. He said in a sarcastic way and in front of all the employment " When your dad comes , come lease the car" and they started laughing. I am only 20 years old and I want to tell you, that people born with Manners. SORRY you cannot teach it to someone.

I really wish I could give zero stars. This place is run by a bunch of Scam artist. They will use Smart wording, false promises and lie straight to your face. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They promised they would work my insurance cost into my lease payments what they didn't tell me if the only thing worked in was the start up deposit now I am stuck with a $800 note plus I gotta still pay insurance. When we purchased the vehicle I Specifically told them I couldn't afford more than the $800 and that was including insurance!! Financially my family cannot afford to be paying $1200 a month just to keep a car! I went up to the dealer ship to get help but the sales person and his branch manager suddenly had amnesia and are saying they never told me this. I have two witnesses that were with me so I know I'm not crazy. So they just kept lying straight to my face... the worst part is I came in for a cheaper vehicle. I didn't want this vehicle to begin with they made me purchase a more expensive vehicle than I wanted because "the banks wouldn't finance anything of lesser value" so many red flags ignored.

I cannot express how pleased I am with this dealership. The sales, service and management work incredible as a team. I had the pleasure of meeting with Jeff Roekle who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This dealership cares about consumers and treats us with respect. I highly recommend Westborn Chrysler, and I look forward to a long relationship with them.

We were treated so well and felt like friends of the family here! Jeff the GM and Jordan our sales guy will always be our go to guys!!! They got us in and out all said in done 24 hours and we had the vehicle we wanted. I was out of my nightmare lease in no time. We sat in the showroom with all 3 children and were taken great care of and are so happy with the all around experience! We appreciate you all at Wesborn!
