You can never get ahold of anyone in licensing and it takes hours for a call back. If you miss there call you get to go through the whole process again. I have a business to run to pay taxes to pay these employees and the act like your are a inconvenience to them
I had documented hours, days I had worked and everything over the past three years. The agent that was assigned to my case was not very communicative, they did not keep in touch and then suddenly closed the case without further investigation or even telling me what the outcome was. This is a corrupt agency that needs to be replaced. I will be reporting this interaction to another entity.
