My experience has been good at Lift Therapy. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have 2 more weeks of therapy.

Meg is great!very conscientious, and thoughtful. Really helpful in reducing my shoulder pain. Pain has gone down from about a 8 to a 1.Thanks Meg.

The staff and care providers at The Lift are always sooo nice, caring and methodical!! Quick too!! Dont mess around! Thanks for helping my wife feel better and well taken care of!!

I took an amazing Zumba class this morning! The instructor Ms. Toni is very energetic & motivating. The Lift Wellness Center is a great addition to Jackson, TN.

Love this place! Provides the whole health package, plus some relaxing and fun stuff: steam room, sauna, whirlpool, Zumba and other fun classes, yoga, tai chi, and other meditative classes, PLUS a coffee and snack bar with healthy offerings. I'm sold and only wish it was closer to my house!

Getting Physical Therapy occupational therapy and speech therapy after my stroke the folks here are great!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service!!! The therapist are very knowledgeable and patient. Some may think that the atmosphere would be tense due to the restrictions due to Covid 19, however the staff here makes it's so relaxing and conducive. I love this facility and would recommend it to any and every one!!

Everything was great! Only thing was the wait was a little long. About 40 min.

This is my first going to the life wellness for the Diabetic Class that's all it's a nice place to workout, jogging, walking,and swimming.
