Billing nightmare. I was billed twice for the same appointment, paid it twice because I was getting a mortgage and didn't want it to affect my credit. Lo and behold they sent my bill to the credit card collection agency anyway. I called the office and they said they have problems with their billing company and this has happened a lot the double/triple billing and are trying to switch companies and promised me a refund. 3 months later no refund still and they are using the same billing company. If it is worth your credit being hurt and getting billed multiple times, see this doctor. If you care at all about your financial well-being, I recommend going elsewhere.

Saw a receptionist being rude to an elderly woman and her husband had to stand up and go off on her for being rude , no people.skils whatsoever .

Dr. Paolino, has been my physician for as long as I can remember. He is an excellent Dr. and the staff Crystal, Chantal and the rest of the group are wonderful as well. I highly recommend the West Side Medical Group.

I have been going to Dr. Delosso for many years. I cannot believe the negative reviews so I just wanted to weigh in that not only is the Doctor extremely responsive to my needs and has discovered some serious health issues before they became too serious but the staff at the front desk has always been polite and attentive. Yes they are busy but if you are patient they will give you as much attention as you require. It seems that mostly unhappy frustrated people write these reviews and I wanted to counter the negativity with my very positive experiences here.

I have been coming to this office to see Dr Paolino for almost 10 years. I have never had a bad experience and if I have one tomorrow, it wont be enough to write a bad review or make me visit another Dr. Granted, I only see him once a year for a physical, I have never had a bad experience with the doctor or his staff. They have been professional throughout.

Dr. Paolino is great. Beyond that, the entire experience makes me think of what it must have been like getting health care in the Soviet Union (actually, that may be unfair to the Soviet Union). From the dire offices to the dour staff to the 1970s technology and organization. Layer incompetent dealings with insurance companies, and even Dr. Paolino can't lure me here any longer unless I am forced to.
