My visit was great! I didn't have a long
wait.Nice facility and professional staff.

Friendly and caring doctors and staff. Peaceful environment. Wonderful for rehabilitation.

Walking through the facility makes you feel healthy even before you go meet the doctor. In my case, it my family health care point

This place is disgusting and in great need of a renovation the rooms are gross with paint peeling off the walls and stains all over , the hallway has a smell of urine every time i enter the wing my grandmother was staying. However the worst thing of all was that mice rummaged through my grandmothers food belongings that were left in a bag beside her bed where she sleeps! Can t believe this place has a 4 star rating when it really should have closed down years ago due to its unsanitary practices. And to top it all off nurses were rude and unhelpful throughout my visit. DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!! (Would ve put negative stars if I could).

I had a sleep study done at West Park at the end of September 2020. The
sleep study facility is very nice. The beds are comfortable and the
spacious room was immaculate. From arrival to departure the next
morning, Renee took extremely good care of me. She was friendly, attentive and genuinely concerned for my welfare. Thank you Renee.

Hospital being rebuilt by 2024, with new building with a garden and a pool, as per news media.

I attempted to book with this clinic for a wsib claim for physiotherapy. Despite being told by wsib that I am covered for treatment, this clinic refused to take me due to paperwork issues between my federal employer and wsib. I made multiple attempts to get treatment from this clinic, now they do not return my phone calls. I have given up on this place, it is quite obvious that treating my pain is not a priority. I would NOT recommend anyone to this clinic.

Amazing care here. I felt really safe and well cared for after my brain surgery. Dr. Dhillon was absolutely a fantastic caregiver. Thank you Dr Dhillon and West Park Staff and you Philip!

My time at West Park exceeded my expectations. The staff and facilities are remarkable. I would recommend it to anyone in need of there services.

Amazing doctor's and lovely receptionists. Quick to get you in for appointments and very accommodating.

I don't know on any other given day.But when I was there there was no one in the information centre so I was walking around aimless. I had to ask the staff and some of them couldn't even direct me.

Great staff here. Have had very positive experiences with the rehab centre and the Family Health centre. The pharmacy service is fantastic.

Lack of clarity with respect to treatment and any questions asked to staff are either taken personally or dismissed Staff was not familiar with my pain management plan and transparency does not exist. My rating is -10

Very helpful and thorough staff, with pretty thorough COVID scree ing procedures. They even gave me a new medical mask to wear for my visit.

Excellent hospital. They treat people with amputations and mobility issues. Their physio team is excellent

I mainly go here for the Family Health Clinic. Dr Sun is a cool Dr to have. He seems a little dry in his demeanor sometimes but I like his straight up no nonsense no sugar coating approach plus they actually keep appointments! You got an appointment at 2? Well thats when you gonna actually see a Dr my friend, right at 2!

Communication amongst different departments and with the family is terrible. The doctors are rude and you hardly ever see them, even if you try to book a meeting with them. Not to mention a problem with a prescription that resulted in weeks of overlooked physical pain for the patient. Two stars because the food is good, the nurses are wonderful, and the grounds are nice.

The care that you receive makes you feel that you are valued.

Most of the staff left for the long weekend without making proper arrangements for an 84 year old to be able to access her walker, And speak to her family. No one was willing to take any responsibility for their actions. You must be vigilant in order to ensure your loved ones receive proper care. Very disappointed.

Paid parking $5 / hr 1 minute walk to entrance. Three handicap parking spots much closer

The doctors, nurses and therapists at this facility are exceptional. Their slogan of getting your live back is certainly one that they fulfill. I couldn't adequately describe the quality of the service. Exceptional doesn't begin to describe it.

Caring staff following well designed protocols and good food made a friend's stay pleasant.

So we had an appointment @1230 and the receptionist,left at 1220 for a birthday party. When asked she said that I have to wait . It was like people's time doesn't matter. Bad first impression! Finally got to see @1.00

This place is amazing, my dad got transferred to this facility and he was so happy with everything. The staff were amazing. I m glad that we have such nice place here in Toronto.

Easy to get to, and am happy to have a doctor I am comfortable with. There is finally a lab on site. The doctors have access to all specialists and the service is well rounded.

This place is amazing! I stayed 2wks & they took top notch care of me, they worked with up to 3x's a day. Food is great & friendly informative nurses & Doctors. An volunteers who are also former patients are therefore Amputees also! On going care or follows ups are all set up for you when you leave. Fantastic Experience!!

Short wait time, exceptional care....but if too many people know how great this place is...I'm sure wait times will increase.

Westpark has amazing physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and respiratory therapists. They are very much patient oriented. However, there is some room for improvement in care coordination, especially in the transitional home ventilation program.

If you want your family members to die faster, West Park is the place to place them.... Poor care, very dark, not clean.

Taking good care of my dad after a fall. Got him in a pool and he's actually having fun after being quite depressed for a while.

Pleasant surroundings.

Kind of a mixed review...my father was very well cared for during his time at Westpark, he was happy with most of his caregivers. His nurses were amazing with him during his stay. The reason that a five star review is not given is that the doctor did not listen when my father asked him not to remove the surgical drain tube which takes the excess fluid away from the site. It was taken out even though my father questioned why so early (he had one before for a lesser surgery for the same issue) Drain was taken out way too early which knocked back any progress he had gained in rehabilitation. My father told the doctor that it was plugged and that it just needed to be flushed...he did not listen..in fact the fluid spewed when the doctor removed it and my Dad said the nurse s eyes where as round as saucers when it happened
Dad s six week follow up with the surgeon and they immediately inserted another drain tube and now four months later he is still in excruciating pain due to excess fluid build up, requiring me to take him back to Toronto (we live 8 hours away)...

I visited the private rehab plus at West Park I expected professional care but I am worse off following their recommendations of alternative treatment. My neck and back are weaker the pain is constant with more pinched nerves. I lost the ability to play with my granddaughter, my marriage is dissolving I am mostly bed ridden. I expected a physiotherapy treatment to follow known practice not recommend treatment that can be dangerous. I probably will need surgery which is what I was trying to avoid by doing physio. I have spoken to the clinic and there is no suggestions to make it right. My life is constant hell after following their recommendations. I want the life they stole from me back. I want my life back. I want my life back. Manager had low interest to resolve the problems.

I went there to help a friend of mine who is living there for now. It's a well run place.

Went to a concert by residents there and was impressed with their talent.

Very friendly, helpful and caring staff. Lots of activities and good food. Clean and well maintained. Lots of pay parking. Extensive grounds, pharmacy and medical care on site.
