Dr. Johnson has magical hands and I wish I had met her sooner. All of her staff is so pleasant to work with and talk to and they ALL make it a point to know you. I suffered from debilitating headaches, from cluster and tension headaches to migraines for the last 23 years. By my 3rd visit I went from daily headaches to actually having to think about the last time I had one. I don't know that everyone will experience results as quickly as I did but I'm living proof that it's possible. Thank you Dr. Johnson for giving me life!!!!

I started going to the Omaha Headache Clinic about a month ago after having a migraine pretty much daily for more than a month. At that point i was ready to try almost anything to end the pain. I was visiting the ER for fluids and meds weekly and getting only temporary relief. I have suffered from migraines for 17 years,starting from age ten. I had good periods of time and bad periods. I use the term good loosely as that meant only 4-5 migraines a month versus the bad times of daily migraines. No medicine helped for longer than a day and the pain was effecting my daily life and my ability to care for my child.
Dr.Green was able to see me the same day I called him and I got relief by that evening. Since then through the combined effects of adjustments and exercise both at home and the office,I can honestly say this is the best I've felt in 17 years. I have had a few tiny headaches that were relived with over the counter pain meds. The daily cycle is broken and I am truly grateful to Dr. Green for all he has done for me and my health. I look forward to continued improvement as I continue my care.

My 12 year old son just started his chiropractic care a few weeks ago for his focus and sleep issues and he s beginning to feel the benefits. Every staff member is helpful and kind which eased his anxiety about being adjusted. He looks forward to his appointments for sure!

I have had seasonal migraines for many years and each time I would go to the doctor they would just try to prescribe me a different type of medication than they had previously. A few months ago, my migraines started back up during a period that they normally shouldn't. I made an appointment and was only able to see a practitioner this past time. I asked her if she would recommend that I try a chiropractor and she said it couldn't hurt. I decided on the Omaha Headache Clinic because they had "Headache" in their title. My case was given to Dr. Tereshel Johnson in which she did a preliminary assessment, which included x-rays and discussion. Since I have started being treated by Dr. Tereshel Johnson, my migraines have immediately stopped and haven't returned. I am very thankful that I decided to take a chance and see what Omaha Headache Clinic could do to help. I highly recommend any of the staff there as I have gotten to know many of them and they are all excellent.

I started going to the Omaha Headache Clinic about 3 years ago because I was experiencing several migraines per month with no course of action except to medicate with prescriptions that were classed as opioids and/or anti- seizure medications. After seeing Dr. Green and his staff and receiving my initial diagnosis, he also gave me a course of action to resolve most if not all of the migraines. It worked, I have gone from 7-9 migraines per month down to maybe 1. Plus the migraines I do get I would barely classify as such, since they are not as intense and are not long-lasting as they used to be. Thank you Dr. Green and the Omaha Headache Clinic.

LIFE CHANGING! COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH MY RESULTS!

I am a 65-year-old woman who is healthy and I like to stay active. In the past few years, my low back pain has become more and more of a problem interfering with my daily activities. Using a vacuum, doing yard work, or scrubbing floors down on my knees was becoming dreaded chores because of the pain. I couldn't get down on the floor to play with my grandson without struggling to find a position I could tolerate. Car rides had become increasingly less enjoyable because of the pain shooting down my leg and then horrible sciatic pain for days following a trip. And after riding in the car for an hour or more it took a while to be able to walk when getting out of the car. I felt like such an old lady!
When the pain started to interfere with my night's rest where just turning over in bed hurt enough to wake me up throughout the night, I talked to my doctor about it. Because my pain radiated to my left hip so predominately, the doctor ordered x-rays to rule out problems with the joint but my hip was fine. I was so discouraged that there seemed to be no treatment for my pain.
Then one morning last spring I went out to breakfast with my sister and she told me about how getting chiropractic care has greatly helped her with low back pain and her neck for range of motion. She described how it helped eliminate the shooting pain down her leg during car trips and I knew I had to try it.
I chose Green Chiropractic based on their convenient location and their favorable reviews. Their evaluation and recommendation for treatment was straightforward and easy to understand. There was never any pressure to begin treatment . They gave me the information and let me decide how I wanted to go forward. The staff is great. From the first visit, everyone knows you by name and it was easy for me to schedule my appointments. I chose to get adjustments and therapy three times a week for 10 weeks. It was a considerable time commitment, as well as a financial one, but I would do over again, without question. The change in my spinal health is remarkable! I feel younger, healthier and much happier!! Daily chores, car trips and just being active are all completely pain-free. For a few months, I have been on a maintenance schedule of one adjustment every two weeks along with minimal time and effort for home exercise. It has been enough to keep me feeling greats. I am so very grateful for the help I got from Dr. Green and his staff.

I woke up with headache daily, and suffered from 3-4 migraines a month. I have tried over prescription medicine, sleeping the migraines off, dry needling, other chiropractors and even physical therapy during my pregnancy and nothing helped! I was so desperate and willing to try anything so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Johnson, who was able to get me in the same day. Not going to lie, I was so skeptical of this place since nothing else has worked. But let me tell you, it was the best decision I have made. Dr. Johnson was able to find the reason for my headaches and explained everything she had found. I have been going there for about a month and have had maybe 2 headaches, but after treatment, the headaches went away within a couple hours. Dr. Green, Tori and their partner are all fantastic as well. I cannot thank everyone in this clinic enough!!

Dr. Johnson not only finds the cause of your headache, she is able to make them go away naturally. No more pills! She is incredibly kind and is a true example of an outstanding Healthcare Provider. I would highly recommend making an appointment with Dr. Johnson!

I came to Dr. Johnson a year ago with debilitating headaches. I m a race car driver and was afraid I was going to have to give up the sport. Last weekend I was able to race without a problem, Dr, Johnson is fabulous.

I can't believe it !!! No more drugs and medicine that were making me miserable, and better yet, no more migraines that were making my life unlivable !!! I drove 4 hours one way each week, but it gave me my life back !!! Best decision I ever made to get off of the bo-tox and assorted drugs with awful assorted side-effects and actually do something about my problem !!! Everyone is quite friendly and knowledgeable!!! I highly recommend them to anyone who is suffering with life altering migraines as I once was !!!5 stars isn't enough for what they did for me !!!

I just wanted to write a review of my experience up to now with Dr. Green chiropractic and the headache clinic. I recently found this clinic when doing a google search after suffering from an increase of frequency of migraines and was forced to call into work again. My work had already threatened to write me up for leaving early 4 times in a month due to my migraines. I thought I had them under control, but once again I was losing my control over them.

Let me just give a short back story on my migraines. I have been suffering from them since I was about 10 years old, sixth grade, I believe. I am almost 45 now, a long time to suffer. I remember the doctor prescribing midrin back them. Midrin would basically knock me out, not always ridding me of all of the pain, but made it manageable for sure. As time went on, my severity of pain and frequency of occurrences would increase. I would be in bed for days in the dark. I would suffer at work and school. Any strong scents, bright lights, loud sharp noises, movements or basically anything I did during a migraine would just make it that much unbearable.

By the time I was in my 20 s and had 2 children, i would be taking excedrin migraine multiple times a day. I knew if I woke up with an echo of a migraine, I had to nip in the bud before it grew. Nothing besides excedrin migraine would work. I finally saw my doctor about them again. They would try the sprays, the pills you take at the first sign of an onset. They would all work the first few times and were all very expensive. I can t tell you how many days were ruined in my life from these horrible migraines. Most employers do not understand either, they think it is just a headache. I would always try to explain, the nausea caused from the pounding in your head that feels like your brain is trying to escape. How once you start vomiting that it is all over then, because then you become dehydrated and that aggravates your head even more. You end up crying in a fetal position before finally relenting to go to the doctor or emergency room for shots which help but never seem to really fix all the pain. The echo still remains and your body is exhausting from being tensed up for so long.

Doctors would occasionally try things to solve the problem causing it. Tried hormones, blood pressure medication and different diets, none of those helped. I never wanted narcotics because I always feared addiction and I knew like the migraine pills they would not work forever.

The last time I was hospitalized they put benadryl in my iv, I took note and started taking benadryl before bed and that seemed to be my savior, until January when they came back to haunt me again. Which brings me to the day i finally googled thinking there has got to be a better way.

On my first appointment I felt quite hopeful. The office is a very calm welcoming place. Everyone is so nice, i just can t say enough good things about everyone. Dr Green asked questions, he did a physical exam of my neck and spine, took x-rays. He made me realize just how many moments I have missed out on due to the severe pain. I had this aha moment, during the exam when he pressed on 2 different places on the base of my neck. Oh boy, that is exactly where and how they start. This was neck pain that traveled across the top of my head to my eyebrows. I knew right there and then, I was going to be saved.

I am currently about a week and a half away from the completion of my treatment. I found out I have a forward posture neck alignment. The way my neck was aligned and how bound up my spine was caused all the stress and tension to carry in my neck causing my migraines. I have decreased use of excedrin migraine. I have had much less migraines happening. When I do start having them, I just do my at home exercises with my yoga brick and I can get it under control. I feel great, the first week of treatment I notice my increase of energy and I could even breathe better. I slept more soundly as well. My only regret is not doing this sooner.

I suffered from chronic headaches since I was little. I remember getting them so bad in school I would have to go home. This continued through high school and college.
I have seen every doctor , chiropractor, massage therapist, and neurologist possible. I was always given a new medication to try, injections, botox, YOU NAME IT!!
Finally, I found Green Chiropractic and the Omaha Headache Clinic.
From day one they understood. I felt as ease right away. Their staff is always friendly and helpful.
It took a while, but eventually my headaches have went away for the most part. I still get alittle pressure periodically, but NOTHING like I have always lived with.
I want to tell everyone and ANYONE with headaches, this is the clinic to go to!

Green Chiropractor has two extraordinary doctors who will listen, diagnose and treat your back pain or headaches. I first saw Dr. Johnson about 18 months and I feel like I have truly been blessed. I've seen other chiropractors in other cities, but none as exemplary as Green Chiropractic. I had reason to see a chiropractor and was searching for one that could see me on a Saturday. I had been traveling cross-country for weeks and my former back issues, that had been dormant for quite some time, came back and in a really intense way. I had massive headaches, could not move my neck without pain, my back pain did not allow me to sit for long and walking short distances was also painful. So, I met Dr. Johnson and the first thing she did was took x-rays to diagnose the root cause of my pain. I learned that the curve of my back was too curved which could result in a 'hunchback' later on in life. I also learned that my neck and head were not aligned correctly. So, she then adjusted me that day to get me back on the road and in subsequent weeks she started working diligently and passionately to not only ease my pain, but to also adjust my back and neck through adjustments and traction. My diagnosis called for a longer term plan to correct my spine curvature and I now see her 3 times a week. Progress x-rays, which they do regularly, have definitely shown improvement. Not only has Green Chiropractic helped me through periods of heavy pain, but also have me on a path to a healthy back and neck. I appreciate them more than words can say and I wholeheartedly recommend them for your needs. You won't be sorry!
